She soflty knocks against the door before she waits for a little bit.
"Come In"
He shouts on the other side of the door and she gently pushes against it with the two bowls of steaming hot porridge on her tray.

He raises his head up from the many scattered papers on his desk and he meets her eyes and a small smile dances on her face and a very very slight smile dances on his own.

"I brought breakfast."
She says as she puts the porridge on the table and she stands behind his desk and she looks at him as he leans back on his chair.

"You know didn't have to."
He tells her as he stares at the simple breakfast before them and he looks at her again with his clear eyes and white colord hair .

and she shakes her head at him.

"You need to get some food in your system Baba... you haven't been eating ever since this situation with Siya, you've gotten a little skinny."
She teases a little bit and a small chuckle escapes his lips.

"I blame you for not feeding me enough, your my wife after all."
He slips up and she pauses from her blushing and their eyes get caught in each other's gazes.

Her heart thums against her chest for a little bit  as she continues to stare into his eyes.

"Your food is getting cold Baba."
She reminds him as she clears her throat and she clears her blush. she can't deny the fact that after all those years just one look from his eyes still gets her hot and bothered.

He's a handsome man, probably the most handsome men she's ever met in her life, has her weak in the knees, butterflies in her stomach the works and she can't describe this hold that comes over her whenever she's around him, is it love ? Does she love him enough to say it's love ? No surely not... but it's more of the respect she has for him now, she's long past the stage of being inlove with him she did away with that when she realized that his heart beats for one woman and one woman only... but does she love him ?
She's too old for love right ? She only loves her son and her weird grand babies, that's where he heart lies but, love ? no, surely not.

"Let's take seat on the garden chairs."
He proposes as he takes the tray and he leads them both to the garden chairs on his office patio and he places her bowl next to hers and he urges her to take her seat and she does.

It takes her a while to get used to being this close to him but she quickly adjust to it, it's just break fast with her baby daddy, right ?

"When did you last speak with uAnele ? She said Mpumi lost his front tooth."
She asks as she watches him scoop up a spoon full of porridge and he stuffs it in his mouth.

"Again ?"
He asks and she smiles.

"Yes again, I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled out the teeth on his own hoping to score money from the tooth fairy, he loves his money, just as his father."

"Why am I not Suprised, Mandla was exactly like this when he was young."
He comments as he lightly shakes his head and she giggles as he watches his not so young face, it still shocks her how much of the young man she had fallen for still shows himself every now and then when she's around him, not once has he changed, not even the white hair and the wrinkles.

"He took it from you, you loved money at Mandlas current age, nobody could stop you, it was deals this deals that."

"Well look at the life that we live now, it payed off didn't it ?"
He asks as he lightly smiles at her and she nods her head.

"It did."

"Not only that but the sacrifices that we've made, we've sacrificed a lot to be here and I appreciate everyone of those sacrifices that you've made on your part."
