Kayden's finger tightened around the trigger as he started firing his gun. The sound of gunshots filled the air as he continued to walk with determination, never once pausing in his relentless advance.

"Kay! You've arrived!" Keith's voice crackled through the earpiece, cutting through the chaos around him.

"Apologies for my tardiness, team," he said, while continuing to fire his guns at the enemies taking cover behind the walls. He quickly sought refuge behind a nearby wall to reload his ammunition.

Keith grinned as he looked around at the team. "It's good that you're here, right guys?" he said, his voice filled with determination. As he fired his gun at the enemy advancing towards them, everyone responded with a resounding shout that rang through Kayden's earpiece. The camaraderie and support from his teammates brought a smile to Kayden's face as well, despite the intense situation they were in.

"Well, let's show them what the hell is!" Shouted Kayden. After reloading his amo, he quickly deals with the enemy that is sneaking behind the wall he's hiding. He grabbed its hand and kicked its stomach, then shot it on its head. It was as if everything became slow-motion as he fired his guns.

He then faced the oncoming man, who was filled with rage, and fired his gun at him.
"Behold, who do we have here? It is none other than the formidable Kayden Hayes, just as the rumors foretold," proclaimed the mysterious voice emanating from the speaker.

Kayden's lips curled into a sardonic smirk. "And look who's talking? Hiding himself while his pawns are here fighting? Show yourself loser!" he shouted, his grip firm on the man with just one hand and shot it.

"Not so fast, Mr. Hayes," a deep, menacing voice snarled from the other end of the crackling speaker, the sound reverberating through the dimly lit alley. The words seemed to hang in the air, sending shivers down the spines of everyone present, except for Kayden, who remained unperturbed. "You can't take my territory that easily. I'll be waiting for you here," the voice declared, each syllable dripping with threat and unyielding determination, leaving no room for negotiation. As the ominous warning reverberated, the speaker abruptly fell silent, plunging the place into an eerie stillness. Suddenly, more shadowy figures, clad in black, materialized from the darkness, their presence surrounding Mr. Hayes with palpable, steely determination.

"Don't worry, I'll be there in no time!" Kayden exclaimed confidently, a smirk playing on his lips.

"We've got your back, Kay," Keith assured him as he signaled his team to charge forward, their determination evident in their eyes.

Kayden exuded unwavering confidence as he nodded, conveying his trust in the skilled members of his team. With a steely determination in his eyes, he fearlessly charged towards the numerous enemies standing in his path. His gun blazed and echoed through the air until it was left without ammunition. With a swift, practiced motion, he expertly threw it aside. Evading every bullet fired at him, he displayed remarkable agility as he single-handedly engaged and swiftly neutralized the remaining adversaries in black who stood before him.

Charlie and Tristan exchanged knowing smiles as they observed the graceful and confident manner in which Kayden moved. Almost in unison, they both exclaimed, "That's our boss!"

As the enemy approached, they couldn't contain their excitement and their movements became a spectacle, reminiscent of action movie scenes. They fired guns with precision, delivering powerful punches and swift kicks to fend off the oncoming enemies.

Why don't we listen to this before continuing the chapter? :) -Author

In the midst of the tumultuous clashes, Kayden's agile movements allow him to adeptly navigate through the chaos, ensuring that he remains unnoticed as he stealthily advances towards the location where his ultimate adversary awaits.

Upon reaching his destination, Kayden is resolute in his decision to confront and resolve everything once and for all. The outcome, whether he emerges unscathed or not, seems to be predetermined, all the while carrying a deep longing for Andy within his heart.

As Kayden entered the room, he smoothly navigated past another imposing man in black who was stationed as a guard at the door. Inside, a figure dressed in a pristine white tuxedo came into view. This man's lips formed a sly smile, revealing a glint of gold from a tooth as he warmly greeted Kayden Hayes. "You've finally made it! As anticipated, the one and only Kayden Hayes," he remarked with a sense of anticipation. Seated regally in a grand chair, he held a crystal glass of whisky, his posture exuding confidence and authority as he leaned back, one leg casually crossed over the other.

"Didn't I tell you that I'll be here in no time?" Kayden smirked. He then fixed his suit and threw it, leaving only the white longsleeve in his body. He then folded it unto his elbow and sat in front of the man sitting.

"Very well then. Why don't we talk first?" Said the man while handling a glass of whiskey to Kayden.

"I'm afraid I'm not here for a drink with you Rosales." Replied Kayden, a hint of disgust gushed over his face. Then, turning with his natural nonchalant face he said "I'm here to take over your territory."

"Let's have a duel then, it's something that we Mexicans do if we want to have something." He then took a gun under his drawer and gave it to Kayden which Kayden took without a second thought.
"The rules is simple, we are on the opposite side of this room and when one of my subordinate done counting three we will face each other and shoot at the same time. You! Count until three!" Rosales shout at the men in black in the corner.

They then walked toward the opposite side of the room and turned around.

When they are in their respective position, a small smirked appeared on Rosales lips which is unknown to Kayden.

****
So yeah, seems like Rosales was planning something! When will Andy arrive my gosh! But hey, try to listen to the song that I share, it's chorus is pretty good. It's in Japanese but when you translate it in English, it can relate to whatever Kayden feels on how he longed for Andy. Hehe

See you next chapter :)
