That morning, Que was actin' different. Nervous, almost quiet, like he had somethin' on his mind. Lena noticed it right away, especially as they sat down to breakfast with baby girl. He barely said a word, just pickin' at his food, a small smile here and there.

Finally, he looked up at her. "How 'bout we go out tonight? Just me and you. My mom's gon' keep baby girl."

Lena raised an eyebrow, a little surprised, but she nodded. "Alright," she said, smilin' a bit. "We could use a night out."

Later that day, they spent time loungin' together, watchin' TV and relaxin'. Que still seemed distant, but Lena figured he was just focused on makin' sure their night went perfect. After a while, he said he had to run some errands, so she stayed back with baby girl, enjoyin' the calm.

A few hours later, he called her, tellin' her to get the baby ready. He'd be by to pick her up and drop her off at his mom's, and he wanted Lena to get dressed up nice for their dinner.

Gettin' Ready

Lena took her time, pickin' out a beautiful, soft pink dress that hugged her just right, with some classy, strappy sandals. Her hair was slicked back in a silky press, and she kept her look simple—just lashes and shaped brows, lettin' her natural beauty shine through.

When Que came back, he was already dressed, lookin' sharp in a fitted suit with a fresh haircut, waves on point. They dropped baby girl off at his mom's, and just before they left, Que turned to Lena, givin' her a soft kiss. "You look beautiful," he murmured, admiration clear in his eyes.

She smiled, feelin' a bit shy. "Thank you. I didn't know where we was goin', so I kept it simple."

He just nodded, his hand holdin' hers tight as they drove. The whole ride, he stayed quiet, his thumb brushin' over her fingers, his eyes glancin' at her every so often. Lena could feel his nerves, but she didn't press him, just enjoyin' the anticipation.

When they pulled up to the restaurant, the parkin' lot looked empty, almost like the place was closed. Que parked, then turned to her. "I rented this out for us... wanted it to just be me and you tonight."

The Proposal

Que got out, openin' her door and helpin' her out, his hand warm in hers. As they stepped inside the restaurant, Lena's eyes widened, takin' in the scene. There, right in front, was a sign that read, "Will you marry me?"

Her heart stopped, and she looked over to find Que on one knee, holdin' out the beautiful engagement ring they'd picked together.

"Lena... I know we young, but I also know you're the one. I don't wanna wait no more. I'm ready to make you my wife. Will you marry me?"

Tears filled her eyes as she nodded, feelin' her emotions spillin' over. "Yes, Que. Yes!" She threw her arms around him, pullin' him close as they held each other tight, knowin' this was the start of forever.

Celebratin' Their Love

Later, they sat down for dinner, Lena still starin' at her ring, feelin' like she was in a dream. She took a quick picture, postin' it on Instagram with the caption "I do" and a 💍, lettin' the world know she'd found her forever.

They took their time, eatin' a little, laughin', and enjoyin' the quiet intimacy of the night. With every glance, every touch, they knew this was real. This was the love they'd been fightin' for, and now, they were ready to take on whatever came next
