Lena stood in the middle of their decorated backyard, watchin' as friends and family gathered, all celebratin' Amina's first birthday. Balloons in pink and gold lined the fence, and a big banner with "Happy 1st Birthday, Amina" hung above the table filled with snacks, drinks, and a beautiful cake decorated with tiny flowers and a crown on top.

Amina was dressed in the cutest pink tutu and a little headband, lookin' like a princess. Lena couldn't believe how fast the time had flown. Her baby girl was already a year old, bringin' so much joy and light into their lives. She felt her heart swell watchin' her daughter smile at everyone, babblin' happily, completely unaware of all the love around her.

Que's Sweet Surprise

Que stepped up next to Lena, a proud smile on his face as he watched Amina. He'd gone all out for his baby girl, makin' sure everythin' was perfect. He wrapped his arm around Lena, pullin' her close.

"She look like a lil' queen today, don't she?" he murmured, kissin' her on the forehead.

Lena smiled, noddin'. "Yeah, she does. You did good, Que. This is beautiful."

Que grinned, his eyes filled with pride. "Only the best for my girls," he said, his voice low. Then he pulled out a small box, handin' it to Lena with a wink.

"What's this?" Lena asked, surprised, openin' the box to reveal a delicate gold bracelet for Amina with a tiny charm engraved with her initials. Lena's eyes filled with tears as she looked up at him, touched by his thoughtfulness.

"I just wanted her to have somethin' special," Que said, lookin' a lil' shy. "Somethin' from us to remind her of her first birthday."

Cake Smash and Celebrations

When it was time for the cake, everyone gathered around, singin' "Happy Birthday" as Amina clapped her hands, gigglin' at all the attention. Lena laughed as Amina tried to grab the cake, smushin' her little hands into the frosting and smearin' it across her face. The crowd cheered, takin' photos and videos, all in awe of the little girl who had everyone wrapped around her tiny finger.

Lena watched, feelin' overwhelmed with gratitude. She looked at Que, who was watchin' their daughter with so much love in his eyes, and she knew they'd made it through every struggle, every test, to build this moment together.

Endin' the Day with Family

As the sun started to set, the party began to wind down. Family and friends said their goodbyes, givin' Amina endless kisses and hugs before leavin'. After everyone had left, Lena and Que sat down in the quiet backyard, Amina asleep in Que's arms, worn out from all the excitement.

"We really got a good thing here," Que whispered, his voice filled with emotion. "I'm grateful every day, Lena. Thank you for all this."

Lena smiled, restin' her head on his shoulder. "We did this together, Que. This is just the start of everythin'."

They sat in silence, watchin' the sunset, feelin' at peace, knowin' that their journey had led them right where they were meant to be.
