"Make someone tail that firefighter,"

I commanded my bodyguard while working on some papers, even though I was at the hospital.

"Ilang araw lang akong nawala, I'll find you resting on this bed...because bullet poured on you?" Someone hissed, as I saw him raising his brow at me

Isang linggo na ako dito, at di na ako na tutuwa sa dami ng trabaho na natambak sa akin dahil sa nangyari.

A man who's about my height walks towards me with his cold, dark presence. His hair was cleanly brushed up, and you could clearly see the full tattoo on his neck made me scoff.

May nakalagay rin communication device sa tenga nito, at madilim na nakatingin sa akin.

I didn't bother to glare back at him as he handed me some file works.

"Hindi mo pa nauutos, I already found who she is." Malamig na sambit nito na ikinanunot ng noo ko.

"Did you?"I asked.

"She was Azaleinara Almiera Alcobra, Baseco Unit Fire Department's first command leader." Seryosong sagot nito sa akin, as if he memorized everything about that woman.

"Baseco?" Magkasalubong na kilay na tanong ko sa kan'ya.

"Yes, she was the Unit Team Leader of Weziani Ixzhyke Vewbwes." He answered.

Biglang namatay ang mga mata ko dahil doon, she was related to that nasty woman?

Binitawan ko ang ang hawak kong mga papel, at nakinig sa mga ni rereport n'ya sa akin.

"She was a well-known unit leader, as she saved more than hundreds since she got into her position." Pag tutuloy n'ya. "She's a great fight fighter always risking her life just to save others, but she was clearly underpaid as she lived in a dumpster."

Mas lalong umangat ang kilay ko dahil doon.

"A what?" Nasasalubong na kilay na tanong ko.

"Squatters, where you can find different types of people that for sure you didn't have a chance to meet because of you, and your family status." He answered me, with his eyes dead.

"Ang fuck up ng government natin for them letting that kind of leader to live on that kind of place." I hissed. "Continue tailing her, make sure that she is safe on her missions."

Kukunin ko pa s'ya papunta sa poder ko.

"And, also." I added. "Alamin mo 'yung mas malalim na koneksyon nung babeng 'yun sa kan'ya." Madilim na utos ko.

Ilang taon na, pero napaka laki pa rin ng galit ko sa babaeng 'yun. And, if she was related to that woman...maybe I could use her.

I'm still not satisfied with what I did to Zhy, she could be the one who can satisfy me.

If Kuya has Ate Lewis as his bodyguard, I had Varaux since then.

Marvaraux Demenio Abeil—known to everyone as Varaux—had an intensity that made it impossible to ignore his presence.

Varaux's eyes were a shade of deep, unyielding gray, piercing and almost predatory as they watched everything around him with a sharp focus as if he was ready to act at a moment's notice.
