The golden light of the sun filtered through the towering trees of Mirkwood, casting dappled shadows over the verdant forest floor. The gentle rustle of leaves and the melody of birdsong created a serene harmony, befitting the joyous occasion. Today, Mirkwood celebrated not just a union but the blending of two souls that had been destined to intertwine from the moment of their creation.
Legolas Greenleaf stood tall beneath an intricately woven arch of ivy and white blossoms, his noble features illuminated by a rare softness. The crown of leaves adorning his golden hair glinted in the sunlight, but his azure eyes—like the clearest of rivers—remained focused on the far end of the aisle. He had always known this day would come, yet the anticipation thrummed in his veins like the strings of his bow, taut and humming.
And then, he saw her.
Y/N emerged from the trees, her ethereal beauty taking his breath away. Her gown flowed like water, the silvery fabric shimmering with an almost celestial glow. Tiny crystals and beads adorned the bodice, mimicking the stars Legolas often admired in the night sky. Her hair was braided intricately, woven with fresh blooms that seemed to open more fully in her presence. But it was her eyes that captured him most—lit with a joy and love that mirrored his own.

Every step she took down the aisle was measured and graceful, her movements as natural as the wind through the leaves. Legolas felt a lump rise in his throat as their gazes locked. She was perfection, a vision of all that was good and beautiful in the world.
When Y/N reached him, he extended his hand, and she placed hers within it. Her touch was familiar, yet the weight of the moment made it feel new and electric.
"You are beautiful," Legolas murmured, his voice barely above a whisper.
"And you, my prince, are as radiant as the sun," Y/N replied, her voice carrying the musical lilt of her kind.
The ceremony was conducted in the ancient tongue of their people, filled with poetic blessings and oaths of eternal love. As they exchanged their vows, it was clear to all in attendance that this was no ordinary union. Legolas and Y/N were more than lovers—they were two halves of a whole, souls crafted to complement and complete each other.
When the vows were spoken and the bond sealed, the officiant declared them husband and wife. Without hesitation, Legolas cupped Y/N's face in his hands and kissed her deeply. It was a kiss that spoke of years of longing, of promises fulfilled, and of a future as bright as the stars above. Applause erupted around them, the sound of harps and flutes weaving into the joyful noise, but for the newlyweds, the world had narrowed to just the two of them.

As the sun dipped lower in the sky, the festivities began in earnest. Tables laden with food and drink were set beneath the sprawling trees, their branches strung with glowing lanterns. The air was filled with laughter and song, the kind only Elves could create—music that seemed to echo the very heartbeat of the forest.
