BONUS CHAPTER PART TWO

Harrison's POV

"Do you have to go?" I ask Lila as she picked up her purse off the kitchen table.

"You know I do." Lila chuckles. "Roman's with your mother remember?" She asks and I chuckle. My son was now two years old and he had a flu so he couldnt travel. My parents were in New York with him. "He is probably a vegan now." I say and Lila laughs as she kisses my lips.

"The car is waiting outside." She says. "Ill see you in a few days."

"Bye Lila." Ruby says as she sat down at the breakfast table. She was still icy towards Lila. Especially when her mother and Lila were in the same country at the same time. "Bye Ruby." Lila says kissing her head. Azaiah hugs her and so does Riley before they all sat down. I get up and walk Lila out.

"Say bye to Ash for me." She says. "I know he is sleeping tjat hangover off." She chuckles pushing her dark hair back over her shoulder. I pull her in kissing her lips again.

"Tell me when you land." I tell her. "Roman and I will call you." She says as she kisses me again. "Promise you'll behave."

"I promise." I say as she looks at me cocking her head. She kisses me again before she gets into the car. She noticed my mood last night after the party. I knew my son very well... but I could give a damn. I was pissed he touched him.

I walk back into the house and rejoin the kids.

"How is everyone this morning?" I ask

"Dad how long you staying?" Riley asks. My kids now having British accents was insane to me. "A few days buddy."

"Okay." He smiles.

"Were having dinner with your cousins's and aunt and uncle tonight. Were gonna go to a trampoline park in a little while." I tell the kids.

"Yes. I love it." Azaiah says standing on his chair. "Sit properly please..." I chuckle.

"Is mom coming?" Ruby asks

"I think so." I say

"And James?" She asks. "No idea Rue. I don't have his calendar."

"Ha. Ha." She says. Ruby was the spitting image of Penelope. The had the same blonde long hair and hazel eyes. Her face was copied and pasted. On top she had Penelope's personality, dry humour and my sarcasm. "Do you want him to come?"

"No." Ruby says. "I like it when its just us." She smiles. "I thought you guys liked him?"

"Subtle dad." Ashley says walking into the room followed by his girlfriend. Atleast they were fully dressed, Ive seen her in his tshirt and him in boxers coming down. My kid was those annoying teenagers. He thought he was the most good looking kid and the money and free pass for being spoilt got him.

"Good morning." I say as they sit down. "You want orange juice?" Riley asks Ellie who smiles taking the glass. "Calm down Ri." Ashley says. "Youre 12. I know youre struggling with a pretty girl around."

"Shut up." Riley says going red.

"Stop embarassing him." Ellie says to Ashley as he laughs.

"Did you enjoy your birthday party?" I ask

"I did." He smiles. "Best party ever."

"Glad youre happy." I say and he just beems with happiness. I loved seeing my kids happy.

"So youre done grilling them about our new step father?" Ashley asks filling his plate.

"Do I have to?" I ask.

"No." Ashley says looking at me. He seen enough conflict between Penelope and I and he wanted to keep the peace. "He's a great guy and P loves him." He says. "Your kid even makes him father's day cards." He nods at Azaiah who's eyes widen. "I felt bad for him because I made you one!" He says and I just run my fingers through his hair. Now thats pissed me off.
