After misunderstanding Giyuu for years, Sanemi never bothered to know a single thing about him, calling him a 'loner'.
Giyuu had also formed an image of Sanemi as a 'hot-tempered man' in his mind.
But as time passed,
The two finally decided to give...
The cherry blossoms are starting to bloom in Tokyo, and everything looks exactly like a dream.
Every time I see them, I can't help but think of you. How your smile is just as beautiful, how your laughter always feels like the first warm breeze after winter...
How the fuck did I get so lucky...?
Sanemi smiled warmly, staring at the sky. The harsh winter had finally transitioned into the first spring of the new year.
The fresh, new warm sunlight melted the snow away, and colourful flowers started to grow. The occasional cool winds were just as relaxing as a hot water bath...
But something that was more comforting, was having someone you love in your arms.

Giyuu was at Sanemi's place, laying his head on his lap as Sanemi played with his black hair, staring at the bright blue sky. Giyuu noticed his faint smile, now quite curious.
"...Sanemi?"
Sanemi looked down at Giyuu, his fingers gently combing through his long hair.
He had that rare, soft smile on his face, the one he only showed when he believed Giyuu wasn't looking.
"Hmm?" He murmured, his voice low and soothing.
Giyuu frowned, crossing his arms. "You look so happy... Won't you share the reason why?"
Sanemi's gaze softened and he gently stroked Giyuu's cheek. "You're the reason I'm happy, you idiot... Just being near you, doing simple things like this, it makes me happier than anything else in the world."
He paused, his fingers still gently touching Giyuu's cheek.
Giyuu blushed softly, surprised at his words. "You always say the sweetest things, don't you...?"
Sanemi chuckled softly, his thumb tracing Giyuu's cheekbone.
"How can I not, when I mean every word?" His eyes meet Giyuu's, serious but tender.
"You know what's funny though?" He leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a whisper.
"Hmm?"
Sanemi gently brushed his lips against the side of Giyuu's forehead, his breath warm against his skin.
"...I was thinking, maybe it's time I stop just thinking and start doing something about it." He pulled back slightly, his gaze locked on Giyuu's, searching for any sign of disagreement.
Giyuu sat up curiously. "Do what?"
He noticed Sanemi look quite unsure, as if he didn't want to reveal the answer just yet.
