**This was inspired by revisiting the infamous Black Death (thought to have caused the deaths of about 30% of the European population during its time) and the Plague Doctors (their roles including their unique appearance.) It wasn't meant to be creepy, it actually had a function especially their 'beaks'**

And on a side note, I also got reminded of the Plague Doctor from SCP Containment Breach. Ah yes, good times!

Quirk: Plague Doctor

Type: Emitter (with elements of Transformation)

Description:

Plague Doctor allows the user to generate, manipulate, absorb, and synthesize diseases, toxins, and pathogens. These bio-agents can be used offensively to incapacitate enemies, defensively to vaccinate and cure allies, or supportively to engineer performance-enhancing “symbiotic plagues.” The user can create tailored biological responses through direct contact, mist dispersal, or specialized delivery systems.

  Abilities:

1. Infect Mode (Offensive Use)

The user can unleash real or custom-engineered diseases. Effects include:

Fever-inducing plagues

Paralytic nerve toxins

Hallucinogenic spore clouds

Necrotic skin viruses

Mental fog pathogens

Fatigue-inducing bioagents

Respiratory irritants

Impairment toxins (targeting balance, eyesight, etc.)

Delivery Methods:

Direct Touch – Skin-to-skin contact.

Airborne Release – Mist, spores, vapor.

Injection – Via tools or bio-syringes.

Bloodborne – Highly contagious and potent.

Saliva/Mucous – Biting, spitting, kissing.

Surface Contamination – Coats weapons, door handles, floors, etc.

Customization Parameters:

Symptom: nausea, fever, hallucination, fatigue, paralysis, confusion.

Trigger: immediate, delayed, environmental.

Scope: individual, group, wide area.

Potency: non-lethal to fatal (based on intent and control).

Diseases are reversible under the user’s control unless intentionally weaponized to kill.

2. Cure Mode (Support & Healing Use)

By physical contact or mist dispersal, the user can extract and neutralize:

Natural or engineered viruses/bacteria.

Poisons and venoms.

Chemicals, narcotics, and airborne contaminants.

Quirk-related toxins (e.g., Bakugou’s nitroglycerin sweat buildup).

Environmental hazards (e.g., smoke, radiation residue).

Storage: Extracted agents can be purified, weaponized, or analyzed later.
Field Sterilization: The user can cleanse infected or toxic areas in a limited radius.
