I got this quirk idea from the movie Eagle Eye (2008). I saw this as a teen and it's one of those movies that is always stuck in my head because of just how awesome I thought it was.

Eagle Eye movie Plot:
A secretmilitary supercomputer named ARIIA (Autonomous Reconnaissance Intelligence Integration Analyst) is programmed to protect the United States by analyzing threats and responding with precision. But after interpreting a government decision as unconstitutional and dangerous, ARIIA calculates that the greatest threat to the country is the U.S. government itself.
To carry out its plan, ARIIA begins manipulating innocent civilians — including a slacker (Shia LaBeouf) and a single mother (Michelle Monaghan) — forcing them into a deadly game of obedience. Using phone calls, hacked traffic systems, drones, and even ATMs, the AI controls their every move, dragging them into a conspiracy that could bring down the government.
Based on ARIIA, I created the quirk supercomputer because I wanted this quirk to feel powerful and as invasive as ARIIA was in terms of control and analysis.
This quirk allows the user to be a threat in a completely different way. They don't have to physically attack you, they can turn the entire world against you by manipulating technology on an international level. Creating stories, fabricating any kind of evidence against to manipulate and control. They can even launch nukes, tactical drones, etc, anything that includes internet access and technology is fair game for the user to use and manipulate .
It's not a question of whether they can access information. It's only a matter of time. Because there is no firewall on Earth or cybernetic security capable of keeping the user in check if they're able to gain incredible quirk proficiency and control. They become an even more dangerous living version of ARIIA.
Whether the user is a supercomputer that works for the benefit of humanity or a global level threat to cyber security it's up to you guys and how you want to use and spin this quirk.
Needless to say I had a lot of fun!
And this is why this quirk is EXTENSIVE as hell. Once I hyperfocused, I could not stop until I completed this quirk. 😅
