Converting the loft into two extra bedrooms had been easier than expected. Sarah brushed off her hands, stood in the small landing space separating the two rooms.

Both rooms fit two single beds each, all with a bedside table, a wardrobe and a small desk. Sarah thought a single beds were best for these extra rooms, just in case. They were neutral colours, both with enchanted windows only visible from the inside. The sloped ceilings were a tad bit off-putting, but there wasn't much to do about that.

A retractable ladder-like staircase stretched down into the hallway. The staircase being up rendered a quick escape useless, but it was impossible to get around. It would have to do until Fred and George could think of a better way up to the loft.

Sarah clambered back down into the hallway, greeting Moose with a pat on the back.

"Not bad, eh?" Sarah said to him, inclining her head to the staircase, "It'll have to do."

With a wave of her wand, the stairs folded towards the ceiling. A trapdoor swung close over the entrance to the attic, leaving the hallway walkable once more.

Sarah glanced at the clock and said to Moose, "Say, it's about time we get some food in you, mate."

Moose raced after her as she headed downstairs in the kitchen, waiting eagerly as she poured some kibble into his bowl. As he shoved his head in, Sarah refilled the other bowl beside him with water.

Craving a sandwich, Sarah began to butter two slices of white bread. As she was doing this, the front door opened and closed. Voices filled the hallway, growing steadily in volume as they approached the kitchen.

Fred, George and Charlie burst through the kitchen door.

"Hey," Fred greeted, leaning across the counter to kiss her cheek.

"Watch the butter–" Sarah said, grabbing the corner of Fred's jacket.

"Oh, sorry," Fred laughed.

"How come all three of you have blessed me with your presence?" Sarah asked, putting the butter knife down.

She recieved three answers simultaneously.

"We needed help with the loft, didn't we?" Fred questioned.

"I wanted to help," George answered.

"I was just bored out of my mind," Charlie stated, his shoulders slumped.

Sarah's lips tilted into a smile, "The loft? The loft that I finished setting up on my own like, what, ten minutes ago?"

This time, Sarah was hit with a chorus of grumbles.

"You've already done it?"

"So, you're saying I should have stayed at home?"

"You've got to be kidding me!"

Sarah laughed wholeheartedly, so much so tha she had to hold onto the counter to keep herself on her feet. "You three are ridiculous. Go upstairs and have a look, yeah? I was gonna ask you to take a look at the stairs."

Charlie's disgruntled expression brightened, "Ah, so there is something to do!"

George rolled his eyes before turning back to Sarah and sticking out his tongue, "You're the worst, Tin."

Sarah returned the gesture, "Yeah, yeah. So I've been told."

"Well, come on then," Fred straightened up, "Let's go have a looksie. Will you make us sandwiches too?"

"If you behave," Sarah joked, met by George and Charlie's snickers.

The boys headed upstairs, shortly followed by Moose. The thumping and banging – Merlin, what were they doing up there? – had been far more exciting then Sarah making sandwiches.
