Chapter 15

When I walked into the living room, Kay Kay was still on the couch. Her arms still draped off in the same way they did before, and her head was falling again. I walked over to her, and instead of picking her head back up, I had to wake her up. I knelt down next to the couch and began the "waking challenge."

"Kay Kay, wake up," I said shaking her shoulder a bit.

"Hnnn...." she mumbled.

"Kay Kay wake up!"

"No...." she leaned her head back onto the pillow to reveal something shocking. "What is that all over her mouth?!"

Pulling her head all the way back so I could see clearer, I noticed it wasn't just around her mouth, but more or less her whole face. The substance was brown, and appeared to be sticky. I dabbed some of it on my finger and brought it closer to my face. I noticed it had a familiar smell to it. "....Chocolate?"

I tasted it, and I knew it was chocolate. But, why does Kay Kay have chocolate all over her mouth?

When I stood up, I noticed something even worse. There were wrappers, EVERYWHERE around her. Some by her hands, face, and somehow her legs. "HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!" I noticed that the wrappers weren't just regular wrappers. They were choco pie wrappers. "Oh, Kay Kay...."

"Kay Kay! What happened to you last night?" I asked her trying to sit her up.

She fell over a bit, but regained her balance. She stretched out her arms and yawned. I could smell all the alcohol from her breath.

While rubbing her eyes, I asked her again, "Kay Kay, why do you have chocolate all over your face?"

"Chocolate?" she asked rubbing around her mouth. She noticed that her face was full of chocolate and widened her eyes. Now fully awake, she began to tell me her chocolate story.

"Last night...after we got home....and went to sleep.......I got hungry. I went into the kitchen and I really wanted some choco pies...and because I was still drunk......I....I....." she began to stutter.

"What happened Kay Kay? What is it? Tell me."

"I.....I ATE ALL MY CHOCO PIES!" she cried out.

"OH FOR GOD'S SAKE KAY KAY, I'LL BUY YOU SOME MORE CHOCO PIES," I shouted at her.

"Really?"

"Yes, now stay right here, I'm going to get a towel so you can wipe your face off," I said slowly limping my way into the bathroom.

When I came back, Kay Kay asked me, "Akia unni, what's wrong with your foot?"

I sat down and handed her the towel. "It's a long story."

"I wanna know~" she sang after wiping off her mouth.

"Why don't you tell me how you ended up on the couch first, then I'll tell you what's wrong with my foot."

"Oh okay. Well, while I was eating all my choco pies, I wanted to watch TV. So, I sat on the couch and ate every last choco pie while watching TV. I started getting really sleepy so I turned off the TV and ate my last choco pie. And....I guess.....fell asleep after that," she told me.

I just sat there and looked at her. "Wow, you sure are something else."

She smiled mischievously as I slowly stood up. "Kay Kay, I have to wake up all the other members, but I want you to stay here and clean up your mess."

"Why?~~"

"Because, it looks like you had a little mini party with all your choco pies," I said staring to limp away.
