Chapter 7

"Staying over there again?" Ryeowook was texting me before I went to bed that night. We had been up all night eating and doing whatever else.

"Yea, well I kinda live over here too..."

"Mina wants to see you."

"Oh.....I'll come by tomorrow then."

"Okay. Have you told the girls about it?"

"No, I want to keep it a secret for now."

"Why?"

I sighed, then answered him. "I don't want to tell them. I'm a bit scared to see their reactions."

"They're going to find out sooner or later."

"I know....but Mina won't be with us for long. Once I send the information over to the detective office and they find her parents, she won't be with us."

"Have you even sent the information to the detective office yet?"

I looked up from my phone and thought about what he just sent me. "No....I've been busy ever since I got back. I'll defiantly go tomorrow."

"Oh right! Today was Hyun Jae noona's birthday right? Stayed up late partying?;)"

"Ha, kinda;)"

"Okay, then I'll let you sleep now. Goodnight beautiful♥ See you tomorrow~"

"See you tomorrow~♥"

Pulling up my covers, I went turned off my lights and slowly went to sleep.

The next day I had two main things to do: Go see Ryeowook and Mina and go to the detective's office. Shouldn't be too hard, right? Wrong. Getting past the 4 people that share the same dorm as me is the hard part.

I got dressed, grabbed my purse, and headed for the door. I took a quick look at the clock. "10:40, Cho Hee's probably already gone.....I can make it...."

"Akia! Where are you going?" I heard someone call from behind me.

"Crap."

"Oh! Hyun Jae unni! Good morning~" I sang.

"Where are you going?" she asked.

"Oh, Ryeowook wanted me to stop by today. Plus I have to pick up a few things."

"Oh, okay. What time will you be back?"

"Um, I'm not sure. I'll call you before I get back."

"Okay, bye bye~ Be careful too! It's supposed to snow a lot today."

"Okay!~" I said while shutting the door.

As I drove down the streets of Seoul, I saw stores lit up with Christmas stuff everywhere. "Oh yea, Christmas is in a few days." I kept thinking about my first Christmas with Ryeowook, as a husband. "Kya!~ I still can't believe that we're married~ It's all so unreal~" Then I remembered, we have an extra. "It's also the first Christmas with Mina.....I should buy her something!"

So, before I went home I stopped at a small store. Walking around the store, I found the perfect thing for Mina. A huge stuffed bear. It wasn't so big, but it was bigger than the one she has now. I decided to get that for her and a pretty bracelet I found too. The lady who worked at the store told me the bracelet means you wish the best to whoever you give it to. I really wish the best for Mina, so it's perfect for her.
