Chapter 34

"Really?!" I screamed.

"Yes! We're heading back to Seoul tomorrow!"

"Wow, that's so great Mi Hyun! Congratulations!"

"I know! I'm so excited! Thank you so much Akia."

"You're welcome. I'll see you tomorrow then?"

"Yeah, bye!"

"Bye~" I hang up the phone and immediately started jumping and screaming.

Ryeowook ran from the kitchen to see what was happening.

"What? Are you okay?" he asked trying to calm me down.

"It's official! Mina and Mi Hyun are coming back to Seoul tomorrow!" I screamed again.

"Really?!"

"Yeah! I'm so excited!"

"Well so am I!" he screamed giving me a hug as we jumped up and down together.

After we calmed down, we sat on our couch and talked about Mina.

"Do you think she's grown a lot?" I asked.

"Probably. They always say they grow fast."

"But it's only been a month and a half," I said.

"They can still grow," he smiled.

"I wonder if she's excited..."

"Excited about what?" Ryeowook asked.

"About being with her mom. Remember how she always talked about seeing her mom again? I wonder if she's finally happy now."

"Who knows. With a child that young it's hard to tell. But if I was Mina, I would be happy."

"Well, I'm happy for Mina," I smiled.

"Me too," he smiled back.

It was quiet for a while until Ryeowook said, "Now that Mina's not here....maybe we can go on dates more often."

I looked at him and laughed. "Has she been holding you back from asking me on a date?"

"Well...I think the types of dates we're thinking about are different..."

"Yah!" I blushed and hit him as he started laughing.

"Is that them?" I asked.

"I don't know, I can't see. There's too many people."

"Then stand on your toes!"

"I still can't see!" Ryeowook said.

"Oh, it is them!" I screamed.

Today was the day Mina and Mi Hyun come back from Jeju. Everyone was really excited, but obviously Ryeowook and I were more excited than anyone else. Since I was unable to attend final court session, I told Mina I would take her out for some ice cream when she got back.

"Mina!" Ryeowook and I shouted.

"Unni!" she screamed running up to me and giving me a hug.

"What about oppa?" Ryeowook asked.

"She loves me more," I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Ah~ whatever," he said ruffling Mina's hair after she hugged me.

"Mi Hyun, welcome back," I said giving her a hug too.

She sighed and smiled. "It feels so good to be back with my daughter."
