** Fred’s POV**

It’s now almost June and everyone is becoming increasingly nervous. Things just keep getting darker. More and more families are being killed and more members of the Order have come up missing. My only solitude is the nights I sneak out to be with Guinevere. We wrap ourselves in one another under the starry and sky and I can’t help but picture a future with her.

“This should have been us all along.” I say. She doesn’t respond, she never does. Instead she pulls me closer for round two. We can never get enough of one another.

At home everyone has noticed my absence from time to time. One night in particular I was forced to tell George the truth, I had to. I couldn’t stand not telling him. And he actually understood.

We talked all night about the love triangle we always had. But mostly I told him we were despicable since she has children with our brother; however, Charlie never even thinks of her. It was odd. Out of the blue he was all about Vanessa. Even before him and Guin met he never truly cared for Vanessa.

“Do you think she loves me like she does you?” George asks as we get our home orders ready for shipping.

“I know she does. She’s even admitted it.”

“I think we need to bring her home. She left to keep us safe but now I can’t help but feel as though we would all be safer is she was to be here.” George states.

“I doubt she will. It’s awkward as it is.” I laugh. I see George chuckle.

“It wouldn’t be right if something wasn’t going on.” And with that said George and I apparate to Guinevere.

When we arrive she is sleeping on the cold, wooden floor. I walk over to the corner where her body is shivering and gently tap her awake. She jumps up startled but smiles when she sees me.

“It’s awfully chilly here for a summer’s night.” George comments. Guinevere jerks her head to view him.

“He knows.” She says in her emotionless voice. I nod.

“I have had plenty of time to get to know you as my sister. I’m fine, really I am.” And with that said all of the apprehension melts away from her face.

“But what are you doing here? It’s too dangerous!”

“When have George and I ever followed the rules? And we have decided it is in everyone’s best interest that you come home. Since we are now in hiding and unable to leave, we will all be safer.”

“I don’t think I want to go back. Too many memories.”

“The triplets miss you.” George tells her. All that’s all it takes. We apparate just outside the barrier to our home.

**Guinevere’s POV**

As we walk into the protective barrier of our home, I feel my stomach burn. As selfish as I am, I can’t help but to be nervous to see Charlie. Things have definitely changed and I’m not sure how seeing him will turn out, especially with Vanessa.

I pause at the door. Fred takes my hand and gently squeezes it comfortingly and together we walk through the threshold of the door.

“Come to the kitchen. The family is having a meeting tonight.” Fred tells me leading me though the hall. The burning sensation increases dramatically as we walk into the kitchen and all eyes are on me.

Shock lingers in the room. The first to greet me is my real father. He jumps from his chair and grabs me pulling me into a death grip hug. Next mom and dad pull me close. Mom cries soaking my already dirty, shabby clothing. Bill is next in line. Him and Fleur each kiss me on the top of the head is a relieved greeting.
