**Guinevere’s POV**

I walk from my room at the Burrow to the kitchen where everyone is eating lunch and talking about the latest news from the Daily Prophet. “Why do we even still read that?” I ask opening the refrigerator and grabbing a soda.

“Because it may give us insight on the enemy.” George tells me grabbing the soda and taking a large swig.

“The fridge is right here!” I say exasperated reaching over for my drink. George jumps back quickly waving his finger in my face.

“Uh uh uh. Soda isn’t healthy for you or the baby.” He tells sitting back down in his chair. Baby, I think. I look down at myself and sure enough I see a large protruding belly. I look over to Fred who looks bitter yet can’t contain his laughter at my irate expression mixed with mumbles of displeasure.

I nearly jump out of my skin as I feel someone slide in bed with me, ripping me away from my dream. “Fred!” I yell quietly so I don’t wake anyone else up. “What are you doing? You scared the hell out of me!”

“Just wanted a turn to sleep with you in my arms. It’s not fair that George has done it twice.” He tells me pulling me close. I snuggle into his arms trying to ignore the pit in my stomach. Of all the nights Fred wanted to cuddle, this one had to be it. I was pregnant. I was pregnant with Cedric’s baby. That was why Fred was so bitter in the dream and George wasn’t. Dream—was it a dream. It seemed more like a vision.

My mind races all night. I feel my heart thump in my chest and only hope Fred doesn’t feel it as well. How would I explain that to everyone? I know for a fact I would be banned from Order activities, not that mom would allow me to do much anyways. What would this do to Fred and me? I couldn’t really be sad because the baby would be a part of Cedric--.

Time really seems to fly because what seems like mere minutes to me turns out to be hours and soon sunlight is streaming through the open window.

“Sleep well?” Fred asks rubbing my arm.

“Yes.” I lie nestling down into his arms in attempt to hide my blood shot eyes.

“I better go before we have to explain this to mom.” He tells me chuckling. Fred quickly gets up, gives me a peck on the lips, and leaves the room.

As soon as Fred leaves I pull off my shirt. I tenderly touch my stomach looking for any sign of a baby. I didn’t notice a bump or any kind of protrusion. I look at myself from all angles before I slip on my shirt and robes.

“What was that about?” George asks me from behind. I slowly turn around to face him. “Never mind, I think it’s obvious. But wouldn’t you be around five months?”

I think back and nod. “Wouldn’t I be showing by now?” I ask curiously. George shrugs. “I guess it was just a dream.” I say sliding down the wall in relief.

“So, when were you planning on telling me?” Fred asks leaning in the doorway. I look at him like a deer in headlights.

“Fred—“George pleads.

“So you and Cedric…” Fred scoffs. “And you knew and didn’t tell me?” He adds glaring at George.

“It wasn’t my place to tell.” George replies calmly. It was like a slow motion fight happening right before my eyes. Fred runs over and punches George right in the nose, breaking it.

“Again!” George yells angrily as he charges for Fred. I regain control of my body and run between the two boys.

“Stop!” I yell. “It’s not worth you two fighting. It’s my fault.” My words aren’t heard. I am thrown into the wall by both boys as they continue trying to kill each other. Searing pain runs through my skull. I gently touch my head to see that it’s bleeding. I hit my head on the corner of the windowsill. I’m not sure what happens after because I black out.
