"How are we feeling today girls?" McGonagall asked from behind us making all jump and turn to look at her "Fine" Good Professor" "Sore" "I'm fine Professor, how are you?" Ginny, Romilda, myself and Mary all said at the same time and I swear McGonagall was smirking.
"It's nice to see you all down here so early" McGonagall said with her eyes twinkling and honestly I would rather be fighting it out with Blaise right now then having this conversation with McGonagall. "I was actually just looking for you both in the common room" McGonagall added addressing Ginny and me.
Ginny grabbed my arm when McGonagall said that and I could tell by her twinkling eyes and self-satisfied smirk that I would not like what McGonagall had in store for us. I could hear the group of Slytherin's sitting down at their table near us but not directly behind; we would have to walk passed them to leave though.
"Why does practice have to be confined to the evening after all" McGonagall added and Ginny applied more pressure to my arm. "I think now would be a good time for a morning jog wouldn't you agree?" She asked us both with raised eyebrows and I gulped as Ginny responded weakly "Yes Professor" as Professor McGonagall nodded her head in confirmation.
"Wonderful" She stated clasping her hands together delightedly "I expect you both dressed ready to go at the entrance doors in twenty minutes" McGonagall stated before walking off out of the hall, her robes swishing behind her at her fast pace.
"Ginny" I exclaimed fearfully turning to her as she dug her fingers into my arm obviously as horrified by this turn of events as I was.
"Damn" Romilda said eyeing us both sympathetically with Mary "Hope she isn't as hard on you this morning as she was last night" Mary said gently before Ginny and I shared a look.
We just knew that she was going to be much, much worse.
"Better eat up" Romilda said passing me a muffin "You need all the energy you can get" She added and I groaned at the sudden turn of events.
"We need to talk" Blaise said slipping into the seat beside me in a voice that was not concealing his anger at all. "Not right now" I said still totally freaking out about more training with McGonagall; thankfully though Ginny had let go of my arm.
"You want to explain this to me?" Blaise asked throwing the stolen list on the table in front of me making me roll my eyes. "You want to learn listening to people when they say they don't want to talk to you?" I threw back at him finishing up my muffin and taking a large gulp of water.
"Those three" Blaise started before I cut him off "Are off limits" I said with as much venom as I could muster before standing out of my seat with Blaise following after me ignoring the chuckles that Mary and Romilda were trying, but failing to contain.
"Look Blaise I'm still angry at you over the whole look at my memory thing" I told him point blank crossing my arms in front of my chest glaring my brother down. "And that has nothing to do with you, we have it covered" I added pointing to the list before recrossing my arms.
"You think some silly little prank is enough paybook for what they wrote about you?" Blaise asked and I laughed grinning as Ginny stood gripping my arm looking towards the entrance doors where Jason, Duncan and Bradley were walking in reluctantly.
Blaise followed our line of view and let out a sigh at seeing all three of them had bright pink hair, a bruise each on their eye curtesy of a run in with my boxing telescope and no shoes.
I couldn't stop myself from laughing gripping Ginny as much as she was gripping me as the three boys walked to their seats with their heads down and turned back to me rolling his eyes.
