I spent that night in the library, McGonagall let me and Seamus off with a warning and she asked more about who had grabbed me but I told her I didn't know and she seemed to accept the answer. I was currently working on my Defense against the dark arts essay, it was due Monday.

"Resisting the Imperius Curse" a voice that I knew all too well read from behind me. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my Ipod turning it too a random song and tuning out to Draco. I stiffened as he sat down beside me and moved my chair further away from him.

Suddenly Draco's hand grabbed the Ipod ripping my earphones out of it and placing it in his pocket. I pulled the earphones out of my ears placing them on the table. "Give that back" I spat at Draco and he looked surprised.

"What's wrong" he asked and I nearly screamed at him, I kept my cool and kept my voice low "Cut the crap, give it back" I spat and he looked surprised. "Tell me what's wrong and I'll give it back" Draco said and I nearly yelled again but kept my voice low.

"This isn't a game, give it back to me now" I said with such venom in my voice he actually looked like he might give it back, but he didn't. "What has you so angry tonight?" Draco asked and I literally tackled him to the floor.

"I said give it back" I said lowly, we hit the ground with a thud and I was grateful most students were at dinner or partying in their common room's even the Librarian was gone. I moved my hand inside the pocket I saw Draco put my Ipod when he grabbed me and rolled over so he was on top of me. The only other students in the library were on the other side of the bookcases so nobody could see us and for a moment I was terrified.

"What's the matter with you?" Draco asked from his position above me and I rolled my eyes "You took my Ipod and I want it back now give it" I said angrily to which he just shrugged. "You didn't say please" he teased and I brought my head back and threw it forward effectively head-butting him.

Draco groaned and rolled off me holding his head, I quickly put my hand inside his robe pocket again and pulled my Ipod out quickly standing and grabbing my stuff. I had hit my head hard and was a little dizzy and struggled putting my stuff together.

Draco recovered fast standing and grabbing hold of me tightly "What the hell was that?" He asked dangerously and it made me shiver, he had a tight hold of my waist and he had me backed up against the desk with him pressed up against me, I felt completely defenseless.

I simply groaned in response as my world spun a little and my headache set in as my vision cleared. "What the hell is wrong with you?" Draco asked in the same dangerous tone and somehow I got my courage back. I mustered all my strength and pushed him off me.

He stumbled back a step and I quickly moved to the side of the table and around the other side. "What is your problem?" Draco sneered and for the first time I actually wondered if Ron was onto something about Slytherin's being evil.

"You, You are my problem, You and Blaise" I spat at him as I quickly grabbed my rolls of parchment and my books. Draco looked at me confused. "You lied, you knew exactly who grabbed my arm and you said nothing. You knew and you lied" I half yelled at him and Draco laughed.

"Flint is in the same house as me, and he's older there is a little thing called loyalty" Draco said and I laughed dryly. "What about being loyal to your friends?" I asked and then spoke again before he could speak "Oh but I forgot we aren't friends, I'm just Blaise's little sister and just like with Harry I'm only that when it is convenient to him" I snapped and went to leave but Draco grabbed my arm.

"Ouch" I cried as he grabbed my already sore and bruised arm. "You don't know anything" Draco said dangerously. "You're right, I don't" I said simply "So why don't you just leave me alone then?" I asked and pulled my arm free and walking to my common room.
