Chapter Twelve: Doctor's appointment

*Maya's P.O.V*

Today is the day of both my Doctor's appointment to see how my baby is doing and my date with Chris. I am both excited and nervous for today. I'm excited because I finally get to go out on a date with my new boyfriend and I can't wait to see what he has planned for today. But I'm also nervous because I'm really scared that something might be wrong with my baby and I really don't want that. I really don't. But just as I was about to freak out at the fact that there could be something wrong with my baby I calmed down when I remembered Chris telling me that there is going to be nothing wrong with my baby.

When I remembered that I faintly smiled at myself before continuing to get ready for my doctor appointments.

After getting dressed in the outfit I picked out (outfit above) I grabbed my purse before walking out of my rook and then downstairs to get something to eat before I left for my appointment.

When I got downstairs I got something to eat and grabbed my travel mug full of coffee and was just about to leave when I heard someone call me.

"Maya wait before I go can I ask you something" Katie said as she raced down the stairs.

"Yeah sure what is it?" I asked.

"Well...I was wondering if maybe after your doctors appointment you might want to come and have lunch with me and my boyfriend today" she explained.

I smiled nice and big at her before placing a hand on her shoulder. "I would love to."

"Yay!" she exclaimed making me smile again "Okay I'll text you the address to the place we'll be having lunch, okay?"

"Okay."

"Okay good...and I'll see you later okay" she said as she pulled me me into a hug.

I smiled again before hugging her back. "Okay."

After we got done hugging I walked outside and over to my car and threw my stuff into it and was just about to get in when someone came up behind me and picked and started to spin me as they said-

"Don't tell me you weren't going to leave without giving me a kiss?"

making me look down and smile when I saw that it Chris who was spinning me.

"No I was" I stated "now stop spinning me and put me down before I accidentally throw up on you."

Immediately after I said that Chris put me back down on my feet but kept his arms around me.

"Sorry."

"It's okay"

Chris smiled at me before pulling me closer to him. "Now I think you have a kiss for me?"

"Indeed I do" I stated with a big smile before pulling him down by the shirt and kissing his lips sweet and passionately.

As we kissed Chris picked me up again making me smile before continuing to kiss him.

We kissed for a few minutes before I pulled away when I realized I had to get going before I would be late for my appointment.

"I would love to continue this but I need to go" I said as I rubbed my hands up and down the back of his neck.

"Do you have to?" Chris poutedly asked as he made a puppy dog face.

I lightly chuckled at that before leaning down and peeking his lips nice and quick. "Yes I have to go" Chris pouted at that and I couldn't help but laugh "But I will make it up to you tonight on our date tonight."
