Chapter Seventy One: Pictures

After Chris and I got done our first dance of the night and as a married couple and danced for a little while longer, we stopped so we could take pictures with Ben, our families and our friends.

So now I'm resting my back up against a tree looking straight forward as Chris is leaning against the tree too with his left arm and looking down and smiling at me.

"Perfect!" Our photographer shouts a little excitement making us both smile as she moves in front of us to take a few more pictures of us in this positions before asking. "Now Maya could you please turn to face your husband and lean your forehead against his and place your hands on his chest as well? And Chris could you wrap your arms around your wife and hold her close to you as she does that?"

Chris and I both just smile and nod our heads at that before doing what the photographer asked us too.

I smile at Chris as he brings me closer to him and kisses my forehead and temple before stopping after I lean my forehead against his.

"I can't wait for the honeymoon so I can show just how much I love you" Chris whispers to me before kissing the top of my nose.

I smile at that as I move my hands up and down his suit jacket a little. "I'm pretty sure you've already done that."

"I know. But now you're my wife, so it's going to be different" Chris says as he gives my hips a little squeeze while the photographer quickly snaps some pictures.

"A good different hopefully?" I ask with a little smile.

"A very good different" Chris whispers with a husky voice causing me to bite my lip as I feel my cheeks turn red.

We took a few more pictures after that, just the two of us before we decided to take some with Ben.

Some were of the both of us kissing Ben at the same time. A few with me holding Ben while Chris made funny faces at him as well. Other were of Chris holding or throwing Ben in the air while I smiled at the both of them and the rest of were of me and Chris sitting in the grass smiling at Ben as he either crawled towards us or towards the camera.

After those were taken, I took some with my mom, Lisa, sisters & new sister-in-laws as well, my new brother-in-law too, my bridesmaids and friends as well. While Chris did the same but with his groomsmen.

"My other little sis is finally married" Madison shouts as she hold my face in her hands making me give the camera a sort of frightened look while Madison makes an exciting instead.

"How many times are you going to say that today?" Katie asks.

"As many times as I want to" Madison says with a big smile making us all laugh a little.

After all the pictures were done being taken Chris and I decided to go onto the dance floor with Ben on the dance floor for a while before it came time for me and Chris to get ready to leave for our Honeymoon!

So I gave Ben to my Mom before I walked over to the changing tents with Chris so we could change out of our wedding cloths and into comfortable ones for the plane ride to the Bahamas. Yeah, so may have forgotten to mention that we decided to change the Honeymoon destination from Hawaii to The Bahamas instead because we wanted something more tropical, exciting and out of the country. So we're going to the Bahamas instead and I can't wait!

Anyway, after I got dresses into a baby blue powdered dress and brown heels, I walked out of my dressing room and smiled when I saw Chris standing there waiting for me. As he's now dressed in dark blue jeans, a hunter green button up shirt and black shoes.

"Ready to say bye and leave for our honeymoon, Mrs. Evans?" Chris asks with a small excited smile as he walks over to me before taking hold of my hand, with my rings on it, and giving it a kiss.

"Ready, Mr. Evans" I say with a smile making Chris smile at me as he pulls me close to him before planting a very passionate kiss on my lips as he wraps his arms around my waist. I smile and moan in a little bit of delight against Chris' lips at that as I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him.

"Momma....Dadda" I hear Ben's cute little voice say, making both Chris and I quickly stop kissing and pull away from each other a little as we look in the direction of where Ben's voice came from.

But as soon as we did, I become very concerned when I saw little tears forming in Ben's eyes as he grabs for both me and Chris. All while my mom is holding him.

"What's the matter baby?" I ask as Chris and I walk over to Ben, hand and hand, before I take Ben from my mom and let him snuggle his little head into his shoulder as he grips some fabric to my dress in his small fist. But I think I know why he's starting to cry.

"M-M-M-Miss....Momma and D-Dadda" Ben mumbles into my neck making my heart break a little because I hate knowing that I'm making my little boy sad by leaving him. But at least it won't be long. But still....

"Don't worry buddy, Mommy and Daddy will be back soon" Chris says as he rubs a comforting hand up Ben's back before kissing the back of his head.

I feel Ben remove his head from my shoulder and look up at Chris before I hear and feel him start to giggle. I smile at that but frown an eyebrow in confusion at what he's looking at before I turn my head a little to see. And when I do I feel my heart warm and my smile grow bigger after I see Chris making funny faces at Ben to cheer him up.

But after Ben had his fit of giggles, he looks up at me and I see him smile a little as he places his soft little hands on my face.

"Mommy" Ben says as I see little tears in his eyes again.

"It's okay baby, I'll be back soon and when I do Daddy and I are going to take you to go and visit Mickey and Minnie" I say with a big smile.

Over the past month or so Chris has been introducing Ben to Mickey Mouse and everything else related to Disney by having him watch all the cartoons and movies, while he sings the songs to him and dances to with him as well. And it worked because now Ben is in love with Mickey and Disney and it was and still is an absolutely adorable thing to watch. So hopefully that makes him happy.

"M-M-Mickey?" Ben asks in excitement as he smiles at me and Chris, nice and big.

"Yep and all his other friends. Like Donald Duck" I say before Chris does an impression of Donald Duck making Ben break out into a fit of giggles.

Chris and I both smile at that before we take our good old time saying bye to him and then everyone else. Because what's the rush?

But once we say bye to everyone, Chris and I say bye to Ben one more time before we get into our car and leave for the airport to catch our plane to our honeymoon.

"Ready for a nice and relaxing Honeymoon?" Chris asks with a smile as he holds my hand while he drives.

I look over and smile at him before leaning over and pecking his cheek. "You know I've been looking forward to this since the day I said 'Yes.'"

Chris just looks over and smiles at me as he squeezes my hand a little and gives it a kiss before he looks back at the road as he continues to drive. I smile at him and give his hand a little squeeze back as I start to rub circles into his skin and play with his wedding ring.

I can't believe it....I actually just married my best friend! And I couldn't be happier!
