Chapter Forty Four: Goodbyes

Today me, Chris, Ben and Blaze are all leaving to head out to LA. And I'm so excited! However I'm also sad because I'm moving away from my family again. But at least it's not for a long time this time and they will try and visit me, Chris and Ben while we're out there.

"Promise me you'll call me when you guys get to LA" my mom said with a pleading look as me, her, Chris, Ben and out whole families made our way to mine and Chris' gate.

I lightly chuckled at my mom before smiling at her and giving her a side hug. "I promise, and just remember this isn't going to go like last time I moved away from you guys."

My mom smiled at me before hugging me. "I know, I'm just going to miss you and Ben so much."

"We'll miss you too mom, but don't worry I promise we'll face time you as much as we can while we're in LA" I said as i pulled away from my mom and smiled at her.

"You better" my mom said trying to be serious but failed miserably thanks to her smiling. I couldn't help but laugh at that before hugging my mom again.

"I love you sweetheart" my mom said as she hugged me back.

"I love you too mom" I said as I buried my face into my mom's shoulder as we continued to hug each other.

"Flight 221 to LA is now boarding, repeat flight 221 to LA is now boarding" the women on the loud speaker announced making me and my mom pull away from each other.

"That's us" I stated with a faint smile at tears formed in my eyes. My mom smiled at me and hugged me once last time before me and Chris started to say goodbye to everyone.

After me, Ben and Chris said bye to everyone we boarded our plane before getting ready for take off.

"Mommy" Ben said as he held up his teddy bear towards me. I smiled at him before I started to play with him and his teddy bear. As I did that Chris took a video of us and he couldn't help but smile as he did so.

After the plane took off and after I plated with Ben for a while he soon fell asleep. I smiled at him and made sure he was comfortable before resting my head on Chris' shoulder when I started to feel a bit tired myself. Chris smiled at me when I did that before kissing the top of my head as he took hold of my hand.

I smiled at that as I held his hand back before closing my eyes and falling asleep.

Maya wake up" Chris said as he shook my shoulder waking me up.

I let out a little groan a the before stretching a bit and opening my eyes to a smily Chris.

"Did we land yet?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes to wake them up some more.

"Yeah" Chris said as he smiled at me. I smiled back at him before we both got up after we grabbed out stuff and I cradled a still sleeping Ben in my arms.

When we got off the plane we walked to the baggage claim to get our bags and Blaze. After we got our bags and Blaze we walked out of the airport before walking towards Chris' rental car. However as we walked towards the car paparazzi followed us as they took pictures of me, Chris and Ben. But we both just ignored them before putting out bags and Blaze in the car after Chris unlocked it.

Once we got our bags and Blaze in the car Chris helped me strap Ben in his car seat before we hopped into the car after we got him strapped in. Chris started the car up before pulling out of the parking spot and then driving out of the airports parking lot and making our way towards his house.
