Chapter Sixty Three: FILMING!!!! (Part two)

"Everyone ready?" The Director asked as Clark, Cobbie, Chloe, Elizabeth, Iain, Ming-Na and I all got into place for the next scene. Which is where Maria tells the group what happened to her while Kira and Jemma are stitching her up.

"Ready" We all said in unison. The Director smiled at us and gave all of us a thumbs up before walking behind the camera to get ready to observe the shot.

"Get ready and....ACTION!!" The director shouted.

*THIRD PERSON P.O.V*

    "What happened to you, Maria?" Kira asked as she helped Jemma stitch a wide gash on Hill's right upper thigh closed, as Hill sat on top of the long table.

    "Ward and his HYDRA buddies...that's what happened" Maria said as she clenched her jaw in pain as a huge wave of it swept over her thanks to her injuries and the needle going in and out of her leg.

Everyone's eyes, especially Kira's, widen in shock at the mention of Ward's name. Kira knew Ward back when she first joined SHIELD because he was her mentor who trained her for a bit before Fury cleared her for action in the field. But Kira absolutely hated him. She thought he was self obsessed, arrogant bastard and she even told him that once. Which pissed him off a lot, but Kira didn't care if it did she was just telling the truth.

And now Kira hates Ward's guts more than ever before thanks to her finding out her's been a HYDRA operative the whole time he was working for Shield. So thanks to that and what he's just done to her friend, Kira's probably going to go and find Ward and mess him up with everything she's got.

"Ward did this to you?" Skye asked in shock as she looked at Maria in concern.

"Mhm and his little HYDRA buddies too" Maria stated.

"What happened?"

"A few weeks ago the Avengers and I discovered a small HYDRA base located five miles out of the city of Denver. It was getting small but deadly shipments of hazardous chemicals that could be made into biological weapons." Maria explained. "When me and the Avengers saw the shipments we knew we needed to stop the base from doing anything dangerous to the city or the area around it. And thanks to it being a small base we all thought only a few of us were needed to stop it. So Nat, Clint, Rogers and I all volunteered to go and take the base down. But when we got to the base our theory was proven very wrong."

"You guys got out numbered?" Kira asked as she wrapped a bandage around Maria's now stitched up gash wound.

"Yeah....and it turns out that Ward knew we were coming somehow" Maria stated.

"How?" Fitz asked with a confused looked as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"I don't know....but I'm going to get the answer out of that bastard one way or another when I go back to get" Maria said as she formed her hand into a fist in anger.

"We'll be happy to help you with that Maria" Kira said as she smiled at her friend. Maria looked up and smiled back at Kira for that.

"But what happened to Romanoff, Barton and Rogers? Did they get out with you? Or did they get taken prisoner by Ward and HYDRA?" Phil asked.

"They were unfortunately taken prisoner" Maria admitted with a guilty. "After we got to the base and saw Ward and the HYDRA agents he had with him, that outnumbered us, waiting for us, we tried to fight them off as best as we could. But we sadly got out numbered, and the next thing I knew Ward had me pinned down to the ground beating the crap out of me while some of his buddies dragged Steve, Nat and Clint away after they drugged them with something that knocked them out cold."

"Why didn't Ward take you prisoner like he did to everyone else?" May asked.

"I don't know. As they were dragging the others away Ward kept on punching me until he finally stopped, gave me a smug look and said "See you later Agent Hill," before stabbing me in the shoulder and knocking me out with a hard punch" Maria explained. "And when I came back too again the base was completely empty. No sign of Ward, any HYDRA agents or the others either."

"So they were long gone when you woke up?" Kira asked as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"Pretty much, and after I woke up I quickly got to the quinjet we took to the base and came here for help considering you guys know what Ward is cable of." Maria said with a sigh before she groaned in pain when Jemma started to stitch up a bad cut on Maria's bicep.

"Sorry Agent Hill" Jemma said with a sheepish look.

"It's okay" Maria said with a faint smile.

"We need to find out where Ward and the other HYDRA agents went and figure out some sort of rescue plan to get Nat, Clint and Captain Rogers back before HYDRA does anything bad to them" Kira said with a serious tone as she looked around at everyone. Everyone, except Phil, looked at Kira in a bit of shock and were surprised by the way she was taking charge. While Phil just smiled at Kira as he saw a bit of himself taking form in Kira

"I agree" Phil said with a smile as he walked over and stood next to Kira. "Because god knows what Ward or HYDRA is planning on doing with those three."

"So what's the plan, Coulson?" Skye asked.

"We go and kick Wards ass and teach him that it's not nice to hit a woman or kidnap three superhero's" Clark said, which is unscripted of course and making all of us start to giggle.

"Am I in trouble?" Brett asked with a sheepish look as he poked his head into the door frame of the office.

"Cut!!" The director said with a smile as he began to laugh too

"Yes you are, you bastard" Clark said as he took off running after Brett.

"Crap" Brett said as he ran away from Clark, who's hot on his heels.

The rest of us broke out into laughter at that as I couldn't believe I was working with a ton of dorks who play some very serious people sometimes.

"What is wrong with them?" Chloe asked as he face began to turn read thanks to how hard she was laughing.

"I don't know" I said as we both began to laugh again.

Something tells me that this is going to be a long day today. But hopefully it's also going to be a fun day too. Which I bet it will be.
