So I mentioned the idea of potentially missing play practice next week for the Hey Violet hangout to my parents this morning and my mom was just like:
"Why would you want to spend fourteen hours in Hartford?"
WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT
Hartford is like an hour away by car, maybe a little more, but if the hangout is at, say, 3, we'd have to leave at about 1:45 to be sure we made it on time.
The concert starts at 7:30.

I honestly don't know if I'm scheduled to go to play practice or not next Saturday, but I'm pretty sure I am. I emailed the director about it and I haven't gotten a response yet, but if I do the conversation is basically closed to my parents.

I WAS LITERALLY AWAKE UNTIL ABOUT TWO IN THE MORNING LAST NIGHT THINKING ABOUT WHAT I WOULD SAY TO THEM WHEN I MEET THEM
MY HEART FELT LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BEAT OUT OF MY CHEST
AND WHAT DO MY PARENTS THINK?
