So you know how I said a while ago that I'm in my school's production of West Side Story?
And how I'm in the ensemble as a Jet (aka the white gang because I'm paler than Michael Clifford)?
So it got better for me.
I'M NOW A MAIN JET MEMBER
MEANING I'M STILL IN ALL THE SCENES I WAS IN BEFORE PLUS THE SCENES THAT THE MAIN JETS ARE IN
ex: the rumble (the gang fight), the "Officer Krupke" song (my absolute favorite song of the play), the prologue scene which involves a ton of dancing (bleh but idc at this point), and a bunch more.
I'm so unbelievable happy about this, though, guys. As far as I know, I don't have any lines or solos, and I have to memorize a bunch of songs, though that shouldn't be too hard, but I'm so excited that I don't even care. This is my first high school play, and I've got this part...it's incredible :)
I feel so incredibly blessed, you guys have no idea.
I'm going to get back to my homework now (ugh) but yeah I just wanted to tell you guys this.
