GO USA!!!
"Gay" marriage was finally legalized today, super happy with my country right now :) let's hope we continue with this progress.
Now, let's just try to do one thing.
Stop calling it "gay" marriage.
Because remember that whole LGBT+ community thing?
It's not just LG.
As a bisexual, I find it a little frustrating that people forget about non-homosexual, same-sex couples completely.
Gay and straight are not the only sexualities, nor are they anywhere near the only sexualities. There are so many different ways you can identify yourself sexually. You don't need to pick between just the two. You can like both men and women, you can like neither, or one or the other...it's up to you. You are who you are.
So please don't try to force it on people to only call it "gay" marriage.
Anyway, enough about my inner frustrations with the world, let's just celebrate!
Maybe I'll bake rainbow cupcakes or something later...O_O
