PSLE English Is Over!

My twin bro decided to put this stupid photo up there for no reason. Anyway, today it is PSLE English, and it is finally over!!! :) Though I still got two more to go. Meh. If you guys wanna know more about what PSLE English is, continue reading. If you don't, just end this.

Well, for PSLE English, there are 2 papers. (Actually, there are 4 papers in English Language but in school we just separate those papers because of when they took place.) Paper 1 is composition and Paper 2 is your usual paper. In Compo there are two parts, Situational Writing(SW) and Continuous Writing(CW). SW is the part where you got to write reports, letters, emails etc. There, you got to take info from the pics they gave you and write it. If you guys really want to low how much I got for the last SW I had written, here it is: 9.5 marks. There is 15 MARKS in SW and that score is considered bad. I GOT NO IDEA HOW I GOT THIS MARK.

Anyway, CW is sort of like an essay. You are supposed to write about a topic the setters for that paper gave you and work on it. You can write about this in three formats:

1) Narrative(like a story. Most people used it)

2)Personal Recount

3)Information Report 

For my PSLE CW, I used Information Report. Not many people used it, I must say. But at least loads of info. Last CW marks: 35 Marks. That's pretty high, considering it's total marks is 40.

Paper 2 is just your usual paper. You just have to answer multiple choice question, write in the words at each blank, correct words, answer questions in the comprehension part. Yeah. Last Paper 2 marks: Can't remember. :P
