Chapter 30 - Let's Talk About That

****Link's Point of View****

I pulled the car up outside Rhett's house. We were taking Cooper with us today. I was excited about it, and from what Rhett had told me over the phone last night, Cooper was too.

I beeped the horn and it wasn't long before Rhett and Cooper walked out together. Today was probably the first time I'd seen her in something other than sweatpants or a hospital gown.

"Hi Linkypoo!" Cooper chirped as she climbed in the backseat.

"Hey Super-Cooper! You look pretty today."

Cooper went bright red. "Thank you." She said softly. "You look pretty too."

I laughed. "Thanks Coop. I try."

My two passengers both laughed and I pulled the car out and we began driving.

"So, are you excited?" Rhett asked Cooper.

"I'm SO excited." She said with a grin.

"Well then, I guess we'll take the short cut." I said with a smile jerking the car down the side street. It was only a few more minutes until we arrived.

"Here we are Coop!" Rhett said, grabbing his bag and climbing out. I did the same and so did Cooper. I reached for her bag, but she beat me to it.

"I can carry it." She said firmly.

"Okay Cooper. But I'm here to take it if you can't." I said.

She nodded and we all walked into the lobby, where we were greeted by the bright mythical entertainment sign. Cooper stopped in her tracks and stared at it.

"That's awesome."

"Yeah, it is." I said. "There's more cool stuff upstairs."

"Okay, let's go."

We walked around the corner to the staircase and we headed up. It wasn't until we reached the top that I realised that Cooper was still at the bottom.

I sped back down the steps. "Do you need some help?"

She bit her lip and nodded. Her eyes were watering. "Hey, don't be upset. It's okay." I said, putting my arm around her and helping her up. We reached the top and she panted a few times.

"Sorry guys." She puffed.

"Hey, what did I tell you about apologising?" Rhett asked her firmly. Cooper grumbled but stood up.

"Okay. I'm all good."

"Great!" I said with a smile. "Come on through. We'll give you the grand tour."

We showed Cooper around and she was pretty impressed. Finally, we got to the set. Her little eyes lit up.

"That's awesome!" She exclaimed.

"Do you want to be in an episode of Good Mythical More?" I asked her.

"Oh my god. YES!" She squealed. I laughed and we hugged.

We headed back to our office. "So, we set you up a desk in here, and we brought..."

"My chair!" Cooper finished, running into it.

"Jessie said it clashed with her colour scheme and we couldn't put it in your room, so we brought it here for you." Rhett said.

Cooper smiled. "This is awesome guys. Thank you."

"The rest of the crew should arrive any minute, and I emailed you the company calendar so you know when we're doing what." I said.

Cooper smiled. "Thanks. You guys have no idea how awesome this is."
