a/n: i'll get your requests done soon this just popped in my head

School had ended for the day, and me and Ponyboy were walking to his house to do some homework. He was going to help me in math, the class I was failing miserably.

"So, (Y/N), my brothers ain't gonna be home, so we can work on the work without distractions," Ponyboy said.

"Okay, that's good, cuz I need a lot of help."

I had never been to Ponyboy's house, or met his brothers, or met his friends. All I knew was I was a Soc and he was a Greaser.

We got to his house a little bit later and went inside.

"Man, it's always quiet without them here," Ponyboy mumbled to himself while placing his backpack on the chair, and getting his work out. I did the same and he led me to the kitchen.

"Is it fine if we work here?" He asked.

"Of course it is." I smiled and we sat down.

It must have been an hour of him trying to explain algebra to me until we heard the front door slam.

"Ponyboy, you home?" A voice asked from the living room.

"Yeah, Darry, we're in here." Ponyboy called back.

"We're? I didn't know you had company little brother." Another voice said. Soon four boys entered the kitchen. One was really tan and smaller than the rest with greasy jet black hair, one was taller and musuclar than the rest, one had hair combed back in swirls, and the other was who my friends always talked about how handsome he was; I knew him as Sodapop.

"Oh, is this the Soc girl you've been tellin' us 'bout? The one you got the hots-" The one with swirled hair started, but Sodapop clamped his hand over his mouth.

"Pony, yall workin' on homework?" The tall one asked.

"Yeah, and (Y/N), this is my oldest brother Darry, my other brother Soda, Johnny, and Steve."

"Nice to meet you." I said.

The front door slammed again.

"Hey, thought yall would be in here." Two other boys came in the kitchen.

My eyes landed on another muscular figure with a ciggerette in his mouth. Dallas Winston. Everyone knew him.

"(y/n)? You wanna go outside 'n work?" Ponyboy asked, making me turn back to him.

"Sure,"

"Darry, you made any chocolate cake?" One with rusty colored hair and a Mickey mouse tank top asked.

"Yeah, in the ice box. And why yall goin' outside? Are we buggin' you?" Darry said.

"No, just, we gotta get this work done 'fore tomorrow." Ponyboy replied.

'Alright."

We went outside and sat on the porch.

We worked for about 20 more minutes before Ponyboy closed his book.

"Why are we quitting?" I asked.

"(Y/N), I can't work when I gotta tell ya somethin', it's distractin', dig?"

I laughed a little bit. "Well, what do you need to tell me."

Ponyboy sighed and looked up to the sky. "I really like you, (Y/N.) I know it's stupid cause you're a Soc and I'm just a no good Greaser and everythin', I know you wont like me back, I just needed to tell you before I-"

I leaned in a kissed Pony on the cheek. "I like you, too Pony. And who cares where we come from or what we are? That doesn't change anything."

His ears turned red and he smiled. "If ya mean that, will ya be my girl then, (Y/N)?"

I smiled and nodded. "I would love to."
