Jack Johnson's POV

You make me smile like the sun. Fall out of bed. Sing like a bird. Dizzy in my head. Spin like a record, crazy on a Sunday night. You make me dance like a fool. Forget how to breathe. Shine like gold. Buzz like a bee. Just the thought of you can drive me wild. Oh you make me smile.

The song, You Make Me Smile, sang throughout the car. I looked up at Gillinsky who was driving and said, "Shut it off."

"Why?" he asked, "It's a nice, peaceful song." he said.

"NOW!" I said, practically yelling.

"Tell me a good reason why and then I'll shut it off." Gillinsky said. I shook my head, "You know why." I spat. "It was me and Y/N's song."

"Y/n?" Gillinsky said, "It's been 4 months Johnson, move on."

"I can't"

"You dumped her." he said. I shook my head, "I know.. but she doesn't even know the real reason on why I dumped her."

*Flashback*

"Jack please don't go." Y/N begged, tears streaming down her cheeks.

"I can't Y/N, I'm sorry." I said. "I'm in love with someone else."

"I can change babe, please" she said. My heart broke. "I can be your dream girl if you want me to, just tell me who to be I'll be that person, I love you  please." She was already my dream girl, but I had to go on tour and I was never home. She deserved someone better. I couldn't put her through any more pain because of me. I couldn't. She deserved better.

"I'm sorry Y/N" I said, then left the room. I heard footsteps land, chasing after me. I felt Y/N's hand grab my wrist stopping me. I hated that I had to leave her like this but I had no choice. "Y/F/N Y/L/N LET GO OF ME!" I yelled. She looked at me, not knowing what to do. "I'm sorry okay?" I said. "But we just can't be together anymore. I'm in love with someone else." I said. My heart broke even more, seeing her so broken, so hurt. I shook my head then walked to my car then drove away.

*Flashback Over*

"it's been four months since I've seen her" I said, "Four months since I've been happy. Four months since I've been heard her cheerful laugh, seen her happy smile, seen her bright eyes." I said then sighed, looking down. "I miss Y/N so much." I said.

"Maybe it's time for you to talk to her again. Or, even better, see her in person." Gillinsky said then pulled up to a gas station. "I know you still have her phone number in your phone." Gillinsky said.

"Maybe I should just leave it as it is." i said. "She deserves to be left out of my hectic life.

"She was in love with Johnson, don't be stupid." Gillinsky said then walked out of the car to fill it up with gas.
