I sat next to Cali on the ride to the new asylum, but we didn't talk much. Layla sat behind us, and Joey sat in front of us. As we approached the building, Layla whispered in my ear, "Looks like some rich bitch's house." I nodded in agreement, it did not look like an asylum.

"Maybe we're gonna get our own rooms." I whispered back. She smirked, "That's not gonna happen. Ever. Unless we're 'special' like Cali."

Cali turned her head and a death glare to Layla. Layla laughed, "Sorry Cal. You don't scare me."

Cali tried to ignore her, but Layla kept trying to get on her nerves. "You don't even belong here, Princess. You should've died. But no, you're special. You got to live, even after you tore yourself to shreds and overdosed on so many drugs. You should've died.."

"Layla!" I scolded. "Don't talk to her like that."

"Oh so now you're on her side??? Bitch, I've been there for you since you got here, and now you're turning on me." She yelled. "Oh nevermind. I get it. You're both suicidal freaks, and freaks stay together, right?" She laughed.

By now, people were starting to notice our fighting, but everyone was too busy to stop it.

"Layla. Shut your big mouth before someone gets hurt." Cali said. I saw her shaking with rage, and I could tell that if someone didn't stop it now, there would be a big problem.

"Don't tell me what to do, freak. I may have a big mouth, but at least I'm not completely fucked up, like you two." She screamed.

"LAYLA." Joey growled. The whole bus got silent. Joey looked completely kind and innocent, but that boy was scary when he was mad.

We all stayed silent, and we finally got to go into the asylum. Me and Cali a actually got placed together for some reason, and I was so happy. I didn't want to be anywhere near Layla.

Later that night, I was almost asleep and Cali was drawing. She sighed and said, "That was just Layla's disorder, it wasn't her."

"It sounded like her."

"Well it wasn't. She wouldn't say something like that." Cali argued.

"Cali. It might've been her disorder, but that thought had to come from somewhere. She wouldn't say it, but she's obviously thinking it." I answered.

She was silent, so I said goodnight and I fell asleep.
