Shikamaru and the sound chick face each other. "Man this sucks. Plus it's tough fighting a girl." Shikamaru complains. "Then I'll end it quickly." The girl says. "DON'T LOSE SHIKAMARU!!" Ino cheers. "Begin!" Hayate yells. Shikamaru does hand signs. "Shadow Copy no Jutsu!" Shikamaru exclaims as his shadow stretches for the girls shadow. "A one-trick pony. That jutsu... as long as I watch my shadow I have nothing to fear!" The girl exclaims and throws senbons with bells on them. Shikamaru dodges them. "That's a old trick... next you will throw one needle with a bell and one without one, right? And when I react to the sound and only dodge the first and get stabbed by the second one, right?" Shikamaru asks, I guess? It was more like explanation. "You sure like to talk!!" the girl says as she pulls on the strings. Shikamaru gets ready to dodge but gets startled by the sound of bells on the last needles. He looks behind him and realizes what is happening but it was too late. "Too late!" The girl says as he gets stabbed by a bunch of needle. Baka, I told you before hand. Moron. "Shikamaru!" Ino yells as Shikamaru falls to the floor. "If I dodge your shadow there's nothing you can do. Now to finish you..." She trails off and tries to move but fails. "Heh, the Shadow Copy no Jutsu finally worked." Shikamaru says as he stands up. "What are you talking about!? I don't see your shadow anywhere!" The girl yells. "You haven't noticed yet?" Shikamaru asks. The girl comes to her realization. "That's right, idiot! The string that you are holding, at that height, doesn't make a shadow! I can lengthen, shrink, freely control my shadow. Though there is a limit." Shikamaru says as he lifts his arm up to point at the girl as his shadow gets fatter and fatter. "Yup! I made my shadow really skinny to make it look like it was made by the string, then attached to you." Shikamaru says, as he reaches for his shuriken, as well as the girl, mimicking his movements. "Are you stupid? Both of us will do the same movements. If you attack, you'll get hurt too..." the girl trails off. "I know that..." Shikamaru says, getting in position to throw the shuriken. They throw their shuriken. "We'll keep throwing shurikens to see how long we last!" Shikamaru says. "You fool..!" The girl yells. They both lean back to dodge. Shikamaru dodges successfully but the girl hits her head on the wall. Hard. Ugh, I even felt it. "Hehehehe, one down." Shikamaru says as he does this back thing that people do for some reason. He jumps up into a standing position. "If you're a shinobi, then fight with the knowledge of your surroundings, even we move the same. The distance to the wall behind us was different. I used the shuriken so you wouldn't notice how close you were to the wall." Shikamaru says. "Winner, Nara Shikamaru." Hayate announces. "Yes! Shikamaru!" Ino cheers. "You rule!!" Choji joins in. The medical guys carry the girl away and Shikamaru walks up the steps. "Ya did good, Shikamaru. I don't want to be that person, but the temptation is real. I told ya so." I say as he walks by. I hear him mutter something about me being a troublesome woman walks to his team. "Now the next match." Hayate announces. The electric board stopped on two names I am familiar with. Uzumaki Naruto vs Inuzuka Kiba. "Yes!! It's here! Finally!! It's about time!!YAAAA" Naruto cheers. "UHAHAHAHA! Lucky! We can definitely beat him Akamaru!" Kiba cheers and Akamaru barks. Lee looked really gloomy since he wasn't next. They walk down the steps to the arena. "The seventh match Uzumaki Naruto vs Inuzuka Kiba." Hayate announces. "Do your best both of you!!" I yell to them. "Why do you cheer for the opponent?" Pinky asks. "'Cause I don't like choosing sides. Not my thing, especially when they are my friends." I say to Pinky. She smiles at me. "You are too nice Ciel-kun." Pinky says while looking back at the battle. "HYAHAHAHAHA! It's like we already won!! So lucky!! Eh, Akamaru?" Kiba asks Akamaru and he barks in response. "Shut the hell up!! Hey Kiba, don't bring a puppy!! It's in the way!!" Naruto yells. "Idiot!! Akamaru is fighting with me!" Kiba shouts and Akamaru barks furiously. "Hey, hey, is that alright?" Naruto asks Hayate while pointing at Kiba and Akamaru. "Yes, animals and bugs are the same as ninja tools. There's no problem." Hayate says. Naruto stares at him for a second then smirk spreads across his face. "Hey, Ciel!" Naruto yells, getting my attention. "Huh? What?" I ask him. "Can borrow Keiko? I swear she won't be harmed!" Naruto asks. I feel a anime vein. "Idiot! She was only born about 6 days ago! And if you think of her picking you up and flying, that's insane! There is no way she can support your fatass!" I yell. He flinches and looked gloomy. "Oh well, that's fine. You need the help." Naruto says to Kiba, not upset anymore. Kiba stays silent and gets up from petting Akamaru. "Hah, acting all tough. Then I'll do this. Akamaru, you stay out of it. I'll fight alone." Kiba says as he pats Akamaru's head one more time. "Naruto don't lose to him!" Pinky yells. They have a stare down. I nudge Keiko awake. "Hey, it's Naruto's turn to fight. Do you want to watch?" I ask her. She closes her eyes. "Keiko wants to sleep...... Keiko wants Daddy to tell her all the details later..... Good night..." Keiko says as she drifts off back to sleep. "Then, please begin." Hayate announces.
