Chapter 26 - Zoe's Beauty Launch Party!

I woke up at my desk and was I really up all night drawing? I looked at all the papers around me they had all different things on them from Phil and Lion to Dan and Me to random patterns. I checked my phone it was 9am got out of my chair and slowly walked to the kitchen I thought the door was open but it wasn't so I walked straight into it and shouted as my face bounced off the glass "For F**k Sake!!" I heard Dan laugh I said "I'm alright I think" I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist as I was making pancakes and I heard him said "I'm not getting this hoodie back am I?" I turned around putting my arms around his neck "nope not as I am here" he smiled and said "I love you Phoebe" I blushed and said "I love you too Dan" we ended up kissing then I smelt burning I realised it was the pancakes I turned around and saw the black mess that was once a pancake.

It was an hour till the event so I decided to get ready I put my outfit on then headed to the bathroom to put my makeup on and to do my hair.

We arrived at the venue at it look amazing all pastel colours it was beautiful, as we walked in i saw loads of YouTubers and some people I didn't know Zoe saw me and tried to shout over the music "Phoebe! Dan! Phil!" She came to us and we hugged each other like we had been separated for years. Zoe looked beautiful everything was perfect and I could see how happy she was. I saw Dan and Phil near the sweet table I knew they'd be there I grabbed a colourful drink as soon as I took a sip it was amazing I asked Zoe what it was and she said "Sunrise Mimosa" it went from an orange then a yellow. I walked over to Dan and Phil with my drink and of course Dan wanted a taste so I let him he said "Omg that's amazing!!" I laughed and linked our hands then said "yes it is amazing but it's mine" I looked over at Phil who looked like a hamster with marshmallows I said "Phil slow down you're going to be made out of marshmallows if you shove anymore in your mouth" he began to laugh he put his hand over his mouth trying to stop them but it only worked for a short time. I managed to grab an empty bowl and give it to him before the fountain of marshmallows happened. I couldn't stop laughing but I'd probably do the same if I was Phil.

It was time for Zoe's speech she was really nervous but so would anyone, she said "Hello everyone! Thanks for coming tonight it really means a lot..." She was almost crying but she kept it together I gave her a reassuring smile she smiled back and got a bit of confidence, during the speech I was stood next to Dan and Phil and next to Dan was Cat I didn't really know her only when she was on the boy's channels.

I went to get another drink and as I turned around I saw Cat and Dan kissing! I couldn't believe it and he wasn't even trying to stop her why would he do that he said he loved me. I started to cry I put my drink down and ran out of the party before anyone could realise I decided to head home as I walked out I heard Dan shout "Bee it wasn't what it looked like!" I shouted "Then what did I see Dan?! Because what I saw was you kissing her and not trying to pull away" he said "I was trying to but she wouldn't let me, Phoebe I'm sorry" I replied "I don't want your apology Dan, I'm going home, alone" I began to walk away from him and started to cry once again I didn't want to start an argument, I walked to the tube station to go home. I took my phone out of my pocket to see messages from Zoe and Phil asking where I had gone and I had about 7 missed calls from them then there were messages and missed calls from Dan but I wasn't going to reply to him as he had just broken my heart. I got on the tube it was busy like usual but I didn't care all I wanted to do was to get back to the apartment and let my feelings explode out of me. I almost missed my stop as I was deep in thought trying to piece what had just happened together I knew I saw Cat a few times at Vidcon but I never knew she would do anything like that I mean she must have known me and Dan were together right? I got off the tube and headed through the station it was about a 15 minute walk to the apartment but I didn't care I just wanted to be alone.

I unlocked the apartment door and headed straight to my room I laid on my bed and cried "why did Dan do that? Doesn't he love me anymore?" I lifted my head up and noticed I had the bracelet on I took it off held it in my hand then put it in my bedside drawer. I looked at my roof letting tears roll down the side of my face, I heard the door unlock and I heard Phil say "Dan just leave her if you try talk to her about it you'll make it worse" he said "but she has to know the truth it was Cat I tried to make her stop but she wouldn't then everything got out of hand, I love Phoebe and I wish she knew that" I whispered "I wish I could love you too Dan" but then rage started to fill my body he didn't love me he's lying he loves Cat!
