Chapter 45 - Melody

I was nicely laid on the sofa since I fell asleep after we got back from Radio 1 I realised someone had put a blanket on me I snuggled into it keeping myself warm. I heard a knock on the door but I was too lazy to move so I shouted "DOOR!" I heard movement then they entered the lounge and I realised it was Melody I hadn't seen her in ages I screeched "Melodyyy!" she copied "Phoebeee" we both hugged I heard footsteps it was Dan, he said "hi person I have no clue who you are!" I laughed and said "Dan this is Melody, she's basically grown up with me" she said "yup I have" Dan realised and said "oh urm Hi I'm Dan..." Melody said "don't worry I know who you are I do watch youtube" he said "phew that means I can drop the formalities" Phil reappeared with glasses of Ribena he handed them out and Melody said "oh just like old times" then I realised I was still in my pyjamas. I headed to my room but I couldn't find the right outfit then I heard a few light knocks and then them say "hey it's me you need help" I realised it was Melody she realised I was stressing on what to wear so she came close held my wrists and said "Bee take a chill pill, go take a shower and I will sort it" I did as she said but grabbing my Let The Good Times Roll Lush cleanser pot however I couldn't find it in my box so I headed to the lounge and asked "does anyone know where my Let The Good Times Roll Lush cleanser pot disappear to?" I got no response I said "the lush pot that smelt like popcorn" Phil tried not to look guilty but I knew he had taken it I said "Phil I can tell it was you where have you hidden it" he said "alright I may have used it a few days ago and may have caused a few or maybe my whole basket of bath bombs to fall into my bath" I face palmed and said "you did what?" he said "I was going to take a picture but it was just a glittery volcano" I laughed at his explanation and headed to the bathroom.

As I walked out of my shower and into my room I saw Melody had picked out my outfit she had picked turtle shell look glasses, high wasted jeans, a white beanie, my white converse and my grey heart jumper it looked pretty nice next was my hair as I was going to just dry it Melody stepped in and said "can I do it please" I said sure and handed her the towel. After a few moments I could tell she was doing one of Zoe's hairstyles a Halo Braid to precise she put the hairspray on after she finally found it and said "Tada! Finished!" I got up and went to look in the mirror it looked perfect but I didn't know why Melody dressed me like this I'm used to my normal clothes which consisted of band shirts and skinny jeans.

We headed back down to the lounge and Dan was dressed in his moth shirt with black jeans and black shoes and on the other hand Phil in blue & black shirt and black jeans with black shoes I asked "ok what the heck is going on?" Dan said "don't worry all will become clear soon" we all piled in to a taxi that I guess was called whilst I was in the shower then headed to the location.

I guessed we arrived at the location which was called "The Academy of Medical Sciences" I think it was the same place Zoe had her beauty launch we headed inside to be greeted with tonnes of other youtubers I said "okay what is happening?" Phil said "well it's the 20th Anniversary of Youtube so they hosted a party" I linked arms with Dan and headed in by his side.

As we got in there was literally every youtuber that could make it was in the room. I couldn't believe it Dan tried to tell me something over the music but it couldn't hear him I mouthed "Dan I can't hear you" he realised and came closer to my ear and said "come on there's someone who'd we like you to meet" as we made our way through the masses of people Dan stopped and said "Phoebe & Melody I'd like you to meet Carrie Hope Fletcher" she turned around and she said "omg your Phoebe!" I laughed and said "yup that's me oh and this is my friend Melody" we all hugged then began to party!

After an amazing night and only getting a bit drunk we decided to make the decision to head home, we found Melody trying to chat up a very drunk Dean it was quite funny as Jack had no clue who Melody was. We headed to where he was standing explained they were both drunk and then somehow dragged Melody away from Dean so we could go home. As we were heading out I saw Cat near the door Dan held my wrist said whispered into my ear "it's not worth it" I smiled at him and headed out.

I woke up feeling a little groggy but I guess that is what happens when you've had a good night, I got out of bed and grabbed my fury hoodie headed up to the Nerd room where I found Melody on the sofa bed I knew she was a deep sleeper so I just made my way to the desk and checked if I had anything planned. I loaded up my desktop which had a Tumblr background and then went on Spotify to play a bit of music because if I did have to do work I don't like working in silence or with someone snoring.
