Chapter 11 - Muse

We finally arrived at the O2 and I think it was time to tell Dan I said "Dan don't freak out but we're going to see Muse that's why we needed to be ready but you can't have your ticket just yet" we walked to the Vip entrance and I pulled out our passes I said "oh I forgot to mention you're going to meet them" he literally went into a meltdown, I grabbed his hand and said "Dan it's alright come on" he pulled himself together and we headed inside. We showed our passes and they directed us into the meet and greet room.

It was time for the show and we were all acting like kids in a sweet shop so hyper and giddy, we had a great view I pulled out my phone put it on camera then switched it to video mode I said "Hey Guys! sorry if you can't hear me we are currently at the Muse concert for Dan's birthday" I turned the camera so it was facing him his face lit up and he put his thumbs up and then I sad "and of course I'm also here with Philly!" he came into view and said "Hii" I laughed then we saw the lights go out and the music start beginning I said quickly "OMG! it's starting, right talk after the concert byee" I stopped the video ready to immerse myself into the show.

A security guard came to us and I knew it was time for us to head to the side of the stage. We heard "now you probably know this guy if you are on the Internet 24/7 and today it's his birthday so please give a warm welcome to Dan Howell" I smiled as he started to walk I grabbed my phone and filmed it for him as we began singing happy birthday to him. The rest of the show was amazing I'm not saying any spoilers! We headed home and Dan said "that was one of the most amazing but scary birthday experiences I've ever had" I smiled "I'm glad you liked it Dan" I hugged him I saw him as a brother not just a roommate or a friend. We pulled away and I went to go see what Phil was up to I lightly knocked on his door and entered it was pitch black apart from the light shining into the room I saw him curled up in bed lightly snoring I smiled and whispered "night night my tired Lion" I closed the door and headed to my room since it was about 4:30am, I changed into my Stitch onesie and climbed into my cold bed it was so nice I snuggled into my duvet making it cover up to my nose and went to sleep.

I heard the morning traffic of London I sighed and looked at my phone 8:15am great! only had 4 and a bit hours of sleep and I knew I wouldn't get back to sleep so I got up. The apartment was red hot I couldn't believe how hot it actually was and not because of Dan and Phil I headed to the lounge and put the tv on and flicked it onto the news I don't normally watch it but I wanted to see what the weather was going to be, the weather reporter said "most of the Uk are waking up to high temperatures due to an unscheduled heat wave, the met office has issued more warnings about the high temperature and that the public stay hydrated during this heat wave..." I must admit it's better than rain. I began my adventures into the kitchen to see what was for breakfast till I noticed crumpets I grabbed the pack and put the grill on, I got the tray and placed the crumpets on it and put them in hoping the delicious smell would awake the 2 sleepy heads.

After a few moments I heard movement and the crumpets were almost done, I looked at the doorway to see a very sleepy Phil I said "morning! there's nothing wrong with your sense of smell" he said "hm oh yeh and why is it so warm today?" I took the crumpets out and said "an unexpected heat wave hit and is expected to stay for a few weeks" I dished the crumpets out and put butter on them I handed Phil his plate and he wandered to the lounge, I grabbed Dan's crumpets and headed to his room I knocked and then opened the door "morning Dan, I made breakfast here" he sat up and I handed him his plate he said "thanks Bee" I smiled and left his room so I could eat my breakfast.

It was getting too warm in this apartment we had all windows open, fans on full blast and ice in the freezer but it wasn't working! Dan was convinced after Phil told him about the heat wave that we were going to die typical Dan, he was that panicky about the heat wave he made a video about it whilst me and Phil battled it out on Mario Kart to become the Mario Kart Champion! Phil said "right phoebe here's the challenge, we are playing Rainbow Road with bikes also we both have to have cushion wheels" I questioned "really Phil of all the things you picked cushion?" he said "yeh that is when the challenge begins!" I sighed "ugh fine then but you are still going down!" It was the final map and the final lap I was in the lead I was determined to win! I could see the finish in sight then out of nowhere a blue shell icon appeared and I heard Phil sniggering I shouted "NO! NO! NO!" it blew up and I saw Phil take over and win I shouted again "NO! GOD DAMN IT! WHY!!!" Phil burst out laughing the scoreboard flashed up and Phil was up 5 points which made me loose the top of the table and into second. I was gutted I wanted to win so bad but hey they have to lose at one game right?
