August 25, 9:01 pm.
I finally ordered Cameron to talk. He was about to avoid me once more, when I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the janitor's closet. He tried to resist, but I gripped his hand with every bit of strength I had.
"Cameron, why are you avoiding me?" I asked him, raising an eyebrow up.
His eyes were bloodshot and it looked like he hadn't slept well.
"T came back," He told me, running his hands through his hair.
A smile lit up on my face. "Really?!" I exclaimed in happiness. "I'm so happy!" I beamed.
He pursed his lips in a straight line. I furrowed my eyebrows in question. He was supposed to be happy, but it looked like that was the last thing he was right now.
"What happened?" I questioned, raising an eyebrow up.
"You weren't there," He murmured. "You weren't there when my brother came back home." He said. "You know why? Because you were watching movies with your soul mate." He spat in sarcasm.
I frowned. What was he talking about?
How the hell did he know?
"What are you talking about?" I asked him.
"You're really gonna lie to me, Stephanie? I saw the damn video he posted on snapchat." He ler out a deep breath and clenched his fists.
I could see the veins in his arms stiffening.
"I saw how happy you two looked," He whispered more to himself than to me. "It's like you were the perfect couple," He added.
"Cam, come on." I told him. "You are my boyfriend, Cameron. You. You're the one I care about." I reassured him.
"It sure as hell did not look like it," He bit his lip.
"Cam, come on. You know how I feel about Tyler." I told him.
"Yes, and it's because I know how you feel about him that it worries me so much, Stephanie!" Cameron screamed.
"I didn't mean it like that!" I exclaimed. "You know that I'm finally being able to move on! It's a slow process, but I'm trying!" I shot back.
"You love him for crying out loud!" Cameron snapped.
I faced the floor. Damn love I feel for you. Damn you, Tyler. Damn you for always finding a way to ruin my life.
"See? You can't discuss on that," He told me and left the room, leaving me alone.
And since the minute he left that room, I have been trying to swallow my tears that maybe in some few moments, I could drown inside of my own self.
