The breakup

I emerged out of the prison van back at this hell hole people looking all around at me "Faye!" Alex squealed as she saw me and came and hugged me "Careful I'm fragile still" I said as I winced in pain "Sorry I'm just glad your ok" she replied "So what's new?" I asked "Piper, Red and Nichols are back" she said as she led me back to my bunk "Do they know?" I asked "Yep and the rest do" she replied I slumped my head "Hey no one thinks differently of you if anything people will treat you with respect" she said "What getting respect from being knocked up" I said back.

I emerged into our bunk area and I led down in my bunk "Hey Faye, I know you've only just come back but we need to just warn you that you will have to go to court in a few days over recent events involving Mr Mendez" Mr Healy said "It's fine I'm ready" I replied "The court isn't to far from here you'll have to be at the court by 8am Tuesday morning" he responded before walking away. I was about to sleep before Piper and the others came in "Hey stranger" Nichols said as she came in. Piper didn't say much to me only a brief hello what's up with her?

After a long catch up the girls went including Alex and it just left me and Piper "I know your little game Faye. I've seen the way you and Alex are around each other" Piper sneered at me "Wait what?" I exclaimed. Piper grabbed my neck and got really close "Back off her or I'll make you regret it" she said "Piper what the fuck are you doing?" Alex said as she came back into the bunk she ran over and pushed Piper of me as I gasped for her. "I know you've been cheating on me Alex" Piper said "What no!" Alex responded "Choose one Alex me or her" Piper said as she done up her jacket "You know what Piper I'm done. For the past 15 years you've been nothing but a sly vindictive and jealous person and I'm done. Things won't get better for us. I think it's time we call it a day" Alex said. Piper became really quiet "Alex wait I didn't mean that" Piper said trying to get her to change her mind "Try and resolve things with Larry there's still hope for you and him but not us" Alex said Piper started to cry as she ran out of the bunk.

"Alex I'm.... Sorry" I started "What for? You've done nothing wrong I wasn't going to let her get away with hurting you like that, your my priority now" Alex said as she smiled at me and held my hand "When we first met I never knew things would escalate into this" I said as I looked at her "Neither do I. Let's take things slow you need to recover first" she said and covered me with a blanket as I fell asleep.

~Tuesday Morning~
"Marshall wake up" a guard said I opened my eyes it was dark and cold "What time is it?" I asked "5:30am now hurry" he said. I emerged from my bed and went to the showers it was really quiet but I didn't mind. After I got ready the guard led me outside into the prison van "Hey the names Pennsatucky you must be Faye?" The driver said "Yeah I'm Faye. Nice to meet you" I replied we didn't talk much I didn't really know her but I've heard a lot about her. I emerged from the van and was led inside a court and placed inside a locked room with my mum "What do I say?" I asked "The truth that George Mendez bribed you" she replied "But surely I'll get into trouble for having contraband" I replied "They took that into account after your ordeal at SHU and they are willing to forget it" she replied.

I was sat in this room for hours before I was called into the room I looked around and people were staring at me including Pornstache "Please state your full name" the judge said "Faye Eloise Marshall" I replied "Ms Marshall please recall the events of February 2nd" the judge said "I had returned to Litchfield after being moved to a prison in Mexico. I came back and Pornstache... Sorry I mean Mr Mendez offered me contraband on the return I sleep with him" I started "And am I right in saying you accepted this offer knowing the consequences?" He replied "Yes but only because being in prison it's tough and I thought that maybe having stuff from the outside would make me more comfortable" I said "Very well. Did Mr Mendez lock you in the SHU?" He replied "Yes he locked me in there because I said I would never let him see the baby" I replied the jury looked at Pornstache in shock as he looked on.

After more questions my time was done I wasn't allowed to stay for the verdict but my mum will tell me later I expect. I returned to Litchfield and everyone came running up to me "Faye have you heard?" Someone asked "Heard what?" I replied "He's gotten away with it" someone said "Who got away with it?" I asked "Pornstache he's walked free" Alex said as she emerged into the crowd "What!" I exclaimed "He only got a warning and has a curfew and isn't allowed to be near you when he comes back" Alex replied "He's coming back to work.... Here?" I said in shock "I'm afraid so. I'm sorry" she said as she hugged me in comfort......

The breakup had to happen I couldn't see things going anywhere between Piper and Alex. The Pornstache storyline is also ending nothing else will happen to Faye involving him.
