Chapter 51:
Jessica's POV:
"I can't wait to get to Chicago!" I practically yelled to Sami as we finished loading the moving van.
"Me too!" Sami agreed.
We finally set off, saying goodbye to Nebraska. As we drove, I plugged my phone into the radio and we listened to StarKid songs most of the way.
Halfway through the drive, we stopped so I could drive and give Sami a break.
Finally, we reached Chicago and I started to recognize the city. I drove the familiar way to StarKid Manor, and pulled into the driveway.
"Hey!" I yelled excitedly as I saw Nick come outside. I put the van in park and ran out.
"I missed you so much." Nick said, embracing me in a tight hug.
"I missed you more." I said, kissing him on the cheek.
"I don't think that's possible." Nick laughed.
"Are you two lovebirds going to help unpack the truck, or just make googly eyes at each other?" Sami said as she carried a box into the house.
"Alright we're coming to help." I walked to the end of the van and grabbed a box.
