Guys! I hit 4K!

Tris POV

TIME LAPSE SUMMER

I walk home with Tobias from the last day of school. Somehow, we all passed freshman year, even Uriah. He almost had to go to summer school though. Yuck.

Today, the gang and I are planning on going to the beach, and Tobias is going swimsuit shopping with me to get a new one. My old one is too big now, and he finds it concerning because of my weight loss. The funny thing is, the after effects of my eating disorders are more efficient with weight loss than during.

Marcus is gone on a business trip in Europe for 4 years. I'm so happy for Tobias.

I basically live with him now. We get to his house and I set some of my stuff down and grab my wallet and purse, then go back outside. Tobias comes back out and grabs my hand.

Once we get to the store, I start to look with Tobias. "What size?" He asks. I blush, "Don't worry about that, just let me know if you see something and I'll get my size."

Tobias gives me a look before saying, "Tris, it's okay. I'm not gonna make fun of you. I just need to know your size so I can help. Okay?" He says gently. "Okay..." I say. "Size 4 or 6 in juniors," I say while blushing furiously, embarrassed by my size. However, Tobias doesn't say anything, he just keeps looking while smiling. He can make me feel better without even saying anything.

After a few minutes, I find one that's okay. It's an aqua blue tankini, with shorts style as bottoms. Tobias hold up a pink and blue tie die bikini, with traditional bottoms. The bikini isn't skimpy, not at all, but I just don't feel comfortable enough to wear a bikini. Especially in public.

"The color's cute, I just don't really want traditional bottoms or a bikini," I say. He nods and puts it back, quickly picking up a green tankini, with a skirt bottom. I nod, it looks cute.

Tobias holds up one more, a pink, purple, and blue ombré tankini with matching shorts as bottoms. I smile, "I like that one!"

He waits outside while I take the swimsuits and head in the changing rooms.

I try on the aqua one first, I feel like it hugs my body to much, especially my stomach. I stare at my reflection, especially at my stomach and fat legs, for apparently a while, because Tobias asks, "Is everything okay in there?"

I step out of the changing room, showing Tobias my swimsuit. He smiles, "That's really cute. Do you like it?" I shake my head, looking at myself once again in the main mirror. He furrows his eyebrows, but says, "Well, if you don't like it, don't get it."

I go back into the changing room and pull out the green tankini Tobias picked out. On the rack it looked fine, but on me the cut is way too low. It goes down to the center of my breasts, and I immediately take it off.

"Tobias, I can't even show you this one, the cut is too low," I say. "Okay," he responds.

I change into the ombré one and smile, I know I will never feel normal or good in a swimsuit, but this one makes me feel okay.

I walk out of the changing room and Tobias smiles, "Super cute." I laugh, "Do you think it looks okay?" He nods, "Best one yet."

After I change out of it, I buy it and go to Tobias' house to get ready.
