Niall has been in nappies for more than 2 years. He is in ageplay but his daddies wanted Niall to be potty trained when they are starting the tour. Unfortunatelly, that didn't really work. So they decided to start a week before the tour. He wears thick nappies during the show but when he is off stage he wears a pull up.
They tried their best but they found it much harder than they thought it would be. They have some success, Niall does say it when he needs to pee. Ofcourse not during the night, but during the day most of the time he says it. The only things what keeps them from succeeding is that Niall is scared for the potty.
'Mommy?' Niall screams. 'Yes buddy?' Louis says and picks the boy up. 'Pee.' Niall mumbles scaredly. Louis quickly picks him up and runs to the potty. He pulls the boys clothes down and tries to put him on the potty. 'Nooooo.' Niall screams as he holds onto Louis, not wanting to sit on the potty.
'Come on buddy, do it for mommy and papa and daddy.' Louis says with hope. Niall shakes his head, not holding it anymore. He begins to cry and pee. Louis feels it against his clothes and looks at the boy. 'Baby why are you so scared for the potty? You really liked it in the store.' Niall looks at the potty when he is done peeing and shakes his head.
'Scary.' Niall mumbles, looking down. 'Shall we buy another one boo?' Niall nods and cuddles his mommy. 'I'm not a big boy.' Niall cries. 'You are a big boy love. But this step is just hard for you. And we understand it love. For 2 years you were in nappies. It is very hard to pee in the potty.' Louis says and picks the boy up.
'How about a shower for us both before we find you a new potty?' Niall nods sniffling and leans against Louis. 'Tonight show?' Niall asks yawning. 'Yes love, but we will have a long nap first so my big boy can stay up all night.' Niall nods and looks around. Louis smiles and takes the boy to the bathroom. He takes the boy's shirt off and puts him on the floor. 'Want to shower with me?' Niall nods and rubs his eyes.
Louis smiles at the cute boy and takes his clothes off except his underwair. He picks the boy up and walks into the shower. Niall lays against Louis and puts his arms around him. 'We will take a nap first when we come out of the shower love, if we have enough time we will get a new potty.' Louis says as he rocks the boy.
Niall nods and puts his thumb in his mouth. Louis cuddles the boy close and makes sure he is getting washed. 'Mommy nini out, nini want to sleep.' Niall yawns, his eyes closed and his thumb in his mouth. 'Go to sleep babe, mommy will dry you up.' Louis says.
Louis gets out of the shower and dries Niall up first. Louis smiles at the boy when he notices Niall fell asleep. He puts the boy in bed after he put a nappy on him and lays the boy's favorite stuffy against him. Louis quickly dries himself up and makes himself ready before going to the other boys.
'Hi Lou, did he go in the potty?' Liam asks with hope. 'No but maybe a new potty will change his mind.' Louis says and sits down in between Harry and Liam. 'I'm just worried you know, are we too hard on him?' Louis asks worried.
Harry lays against him. 'No we aren't Lou, he is 4 in his headspace, most of the kids would be potty trained or be in potty training.' Harry says as he rubs Louis' hand. 'He is just upset everytime he doesn't want to pee in the potty.' Louis sighs and looks at the babyphone.
'He is fine Lou, Li and I have an idea. You know nini wears thick nappies during the show?' Louis nods and takes his hand through Harry's hair. 'Well we thought maybe we could get him to the next step by putting him into pull ups. He always says it when he has to pee.' Liam says, Louis nods. 'I hope it will work out.' Louis says, hoping he will see his baby happy again soon.
Niall wakes up two hours later. 'Papa?' Niall asks yawning. Liam hears the boy and walks smiling to the room he is laying. 'Hello butterfly.' Liam says, making Niall giggle. 'I'm not a butterfly!' Niall says smiling and looks at his papa who walks to him. 'Did you have a nice nap nialler?' Liam asks as he cuddles the boy. 'You've slept really long!' Liam says as Niall doesn't answer.
'Am I the sleeping beauty?' Niall asks with hope, cuddling his stuffy. Liam smiles and cuddles the boy. 'Yes buddy, but you've always been my beautifull prince!' 'No nini has to be princess, sleeping beauty is a princess not a prince!' Niall says, his arms crossed.
'I'm sorry my little princess.' Liam says and kneels in front of Niall. Niall giggles and claps his hands. 'Could I have this dance with you princess Niall?' Liam asks as he takes Niall's hand. Niall nods happily and makes grabby hands. Liam smiles and picks Niall up. He holds him close and dances like a prince. Niall giggles happily and lays close against Liam.
'Want to go to the other boys and get ready for the show? We are a bit late.' Liam says smiling. 'Oh.' Niall mumbles, not wanting to go. 'We have something special boo.' Niall nods and let Liam carry him to the dressing room.
'Hello my sleeping beauty.' Harry says smiling. Niall giggles and says hello. 'Papa will change you babe.' Liam says and walks to their changing table. Niall nods but looks confused when he sees a pull up. 'No papa, Niall wear nappy during show.' Niall says, not wanting the pull up at all.
'Babe, it's time to get used to the pull up and the potty.' Liam says, hoping this will end like a fairytale. Niall begins to cry and kick his legs. 'Babe, calm down.' Liam says. 'How about a bottle with coca cola?' Niall looks up and nods, totally quiet again.
While Liam is changing the boy in his clothes he thinks he shouldn't have said that he boy would get coca cola. But when you promise something you have to give it so Liam gives the boy a bottle before going to Lou for Niall's hair.
'So how does my big boy wants his hair?' Lou asks as she gives a kiss on his cheek. 'Tiara?' Niall asks with hope. 'I don't have a tiara little princess.' Lou says smiling and looks to Liam. Liam smiles and says how he thinks Lou should do his hair.
After Lou is done they are backstage, ready to go on stage. 'Niall listen, what do you do when you need to go.' Harry asks. 'Go to one of you and say that I have to go.' Niall says blushing, out of his headspace. 'Goodboy.' Harry says smiling and gives the boy a one last hug before going on stage.
Around 45 minutes later Niall has the feeling that he needs to pee. He quickly runs to Harry and looks with big eyes. 'Shit.' Harry mumbles and runs backstage with him. They go to the potty. Harry pulls the boy's pants, underwair and pull up down. 'Okay buddy, come on sit down. We know you can!' Harry says, seeing Niall shake. 'Baby, listen to me. We know it's hard but we believe in you.' Harry says calm and kind.
'Boo.' Niall mumbles, wanting his cow stuffy. 'Okay buddy but you have to sit down on the potty.' Harry says. Niall nods and holds Harry's hands. Niall slowly sits on the potty. While Niall sits, Harry gets boo. Niall squirms and whimpers.
'Papa.' Niall screams, needing to go really badly. Harry runs to him with cow. Harry sits down in front of him and gives the boy his stuffed cow. Niall cuddles it close. 'Papa, nini scared.' Niall says, letting a tear drop. 'Oh babe it's okay, we are always proud of you. We don't mind if you want to stay in nappies but we just want you to try it for a while okay?' Niall nods and while Harry is talking, Niall pees.
Niall looks down and his eyes grow big. 'Papa look! I pee in potty!' Niall says happily. Harry holds Niall's hands and gives a kiss on his head. 'Papa is really proud of you! Why don't we clean you up before going back with a cookie you deserve!' Niall giggles and nods, happy that he made his papa so happy and proud.
