Niall is laying on the couch with his Clifford blankie in his hand, sucking on his thumb. The boys decided to go shopping so Niall could relax for a bit. He is rarely home alone so he is happy he can watch television with his Clifford blankie. The boys don't know about this at all. Most of the time Niall would go to bed later then the other ones so he can have his blanket and suck on his thumb.
But what Niall doesn't know is that the boys are coming home way earlier then they said to him. They walk in tiredly and drop their bags in the hallway. When Harry wants to scream hello, Liam quickly stops him. 'Look at him.' Liam asks smiling and points to Niall who is still on the couch with the red Clifford blankie in his hand and his thumb in his mouth. 'Awww Nialler.' Louis says smiling, but a bit too loud.
Niall looks up from the couch and quickly takes his thumb out of his mouth and the blanket behind his back. 'No Nialler, you can keep them, don't worry it is cute baby.' Harry says. Niall shakes his head and runs upstairs.' Nah ah.' Louis says as he picks Niall up. 'I think a little boy needs to take a nap.' Liam says as he sees Niall tear up.
Niall tries to get out of Louis' grip. 'Please let me go.' He says crying. 'Sshhhh boo, calm down, I've got you.' Niall cries louder but feels relaxed by the rocking. 'Shhh.' Louis says as Niall is still crying after 10 minutes. Niall lays his head on top of Louis' shoulder.
'Yes boo, I think we should lay you down for a nap soon.' Liam says softly. Niall shakes his head and lays comfortable against Louis. 'That's okay baby, just relax. Niall nods but not 15 minutes later he is fast asleep. 'Look at this little babyboy.' Harry says smiling.
'Yeah, but this little babyboy isn't going to stay in my arms anymore. Does one of you want to hold him?' Harry nods and puts his arm in the air. Louis smiles and puts Niall on Harry's lap. 'Hello cutie.' Harry says smiling as he puts the Clifford blankie on Niall's chest. Niall whines and moves around. 'Shhhh I'm sorry baby.' Harry says and puts the blanket back in Niall's hand. Niall relaxes and puts his thumb in his mouth.
'I think we should get a dummy, I mean he probably sucks on his thumb whenever we aren't around.' Liam says. 'We can buy it on our way to the interview we have today.' Louis says smiling and puts a better canal on the television.
Niall wakes up an hour and a half later. 'Hello baby, did you have a nice nap?' Harry asks smiling. Niall looks confused and sees that they are in the car already. 'We are on our way to the interview. But don't worry you can still cuddle with mommy and daddy as well.' Harry says smiling.
Niall looks confused to Harry. 'What the fuck are you talking about?' Niall asks confused and goes off Harry's lap. 'Nah ah, babies don't talk and they don't curse.''That is a good idea Lou.' Liam says and sits down next to Niall, he takes Niall's empty hand and holds it.
'No.' Niall mumbles and tries to let go of Liam's hand. Liam shakes his head and puts Niall on his lap. 'Let go!' Niall mumbles, tears in his eyes. 'No baby, I know you want comfort by cuddles.' 'I do but not from you three basterds!' Niall screams, not liking what happened today.
'Since when do babies talk like that?' Louis asks as he looks stern to Niall. 'Fuck off Louis!' Niall says, done with it. Louis looks to the boy and puts a dummy in his mouth. 'I think this will help.' Louis says. Niall takes it out of his mouth and throws it to Louis. 'What are you doing!! Stop hating me!! I hate you!!' Niall cries.
