I'm a little surprised to know that this is a thing. Like, when I was searching for pictures, I managed to find more than I could for Tadunzel. Ironic, since I find this one is a little different from the type of people Tadashi is shipped with.
I guess people like the idea of Tadashi being able to be the air to Merida's fire, and gently put out some of the flames. They kind of remind me of Katniss and Peeta in a way, where the kinder one helps the hotheaded one to not loose their hope and kindness. But unlike Everlark, where it does have a lot of layers, Merida and Tadashi don't relate a whole lot, and I don't see what could Merida like in Tadashi. I don't think Merida would like someone who tries to calm her down. She'd want someone who she can relate with and keep her wild side with, and yes, Tadashi would accept her, but he couldn't relate to her. Plus, Merida acts a lot like Hiro does, and you know how Tadashi is constantly getting Hiro out of trouble. At least he was UNTIL HE FUCKING DIED UGH.
I guess people like it because of the contrast, but I think the contrast just makes them farther apart from the other.
