There was a time where I REALLY EXTREMELY loved this. I actually made a fanfic about it, but I deleted it when I had 0 clue what to write next. Even if my opinion's gone down a bit, I still really love this.
I just think that Tooth would be the perfect person to help Pitch become a better person. Not because she's bubbly or sweet or whatever, because so are so many other female characters who are just like that. But because Tooth has something no other female has: access to Pitch's memories.
I think you know the story to how Pitch turned to the Boogeyman, but he actually used to be a hero of the Golden Age that would actually hunt down fearlings. Tooth probably does have access to these memories and would want to help him to become the person he used to be, especially because she's the guardian of memories, so she values happy memories more than anyone. It's not like those other bad boy and good girl ships that rely on 'He's not so bad after all!', this would be a ship that would give the lesson that the past is important and can not be let go for one bad memory or experience, and that you need someone who makes you remember those happy times and turn you into a better person while at it. It could also allow more insight for Pitch and make him more than just a cheap villain there to be a discount Loki.
And, again, apologies for being shallow, but I try not to be like this usually...their color schemes are amazing okay? I'm not one who will ship stuff based on looks but I really like how Pitch and Tooth are extremely different look-wise. Pitch only wears black, is tall and lean, and has a gaunt face while Tooth has a rounder face, very bright colorful feathers and is short and curvy. Even their eyes are different, having the complimentary colors yellow and purple. The fact that it's the heroine and the villain allows for a bad romance with tons of sexual tension that can eventually grow to be a sweeter bond.
So yeah, I definitely ship this. The only Pitch ship I can stand besides Gothitch, even if for extremely different reasons. I don't want this to be canon or anything (I prefer having Tooth X North be canon), but I definitely want to see more interaction and content for it.
