I'll admit, I kinda like this. I'm not nuts about it, but it's pretty good.

Though I don't expect them to have a very nice first impression (which is fine, I mean, not all couples have amazing first impressions) since Astrid would probably be terrified of Elsa's powers at first and Elsa would be terrified of well, herself, and hurting anyone. So I think that they'd only most likely interact and hit it off after Elsa is more or less controlled, which is pretty different from most ships that only really work in between when Elsa is struggling to control her powers and that one person she's shipped with understands her and gives her company throughout, whoever you think it should be.

I like the idea of them relating and bonding for being good leaders and following their duties. Astrid manages to have enough in common with Elsa but just enough to contrast her; she can be cheeky, optimistic, and hopeful, but is also more about duty, she's intelligent and responsible, so they can both agree on how to lead but also show different ways of doing so. I like the idea of them also being very devoted to one another and try to make the other happy in any way they can. It'd be nice to see both their playful side but also that they're a team.

Honestly the ship is totally fine but I'm not that much fond of it. It seems a little too perfect to me, a little too platonic and not really romantic. I see them more as friends than anything else. Maybe it kinda has to do with the fact that I just don't see them really hitting it off in between Elsa not being able to control her powers, which is usually the most important and interesting part when it comes to shipping. There's nothing particularly wrong with this, but it doesn't help to really grab me. I like the BROTP and I think there's even some potential for a relationship, but I'm not really interested in it.
