Wasn't able to find a picture for this one either, at least one that wasn't a friendship pic, and since I'm going to talk about the romantic ship, I decided not to use any.
This one is kinda cute. You have two girls who are opposites (Riley being more upbeat and wilder than Penny) that would still be able to get along pretty well. It doesn't really follow the trope I love exactly, since Riley technically isn't eccentric, and Penny technically isn't shy, but you still have a sweet dynamic with someone more on-the-low and someone more....up-the-high? XD Yet I don't know, isn't a friendship enough? I don't think I've seen anyone who ships this more than an actual friendship, but still, I don't think there's a need to romanticize this.
Besides, I'm not really into their characters. I'm not really into any of the younger characters really. The only ones I really like are Hiro and Vanellope. I don't get the sudden obsession between all these younger characters and why they're apart of the fandom now, like there weren't characters enough. None really bother me exactly, BUT REALLY?! PENNY FROM BOLT GETS MORE ATTENTION THAN BUNNYMUND?! HE IS AN ACTUAL BADASS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! WHY? Ugh forget it no one's reading this anyway.
To finish this off actually talking about this ship, it's fine, better than most. It's cute but I don't really care about it really.
