When I want senseless love-hate that doesn't really need a reason to be and doesn't offer much insight, I tend to go for this XD I mean, I can just imagine the sexual tension between these two, who would butt heads, since I imagine Merida's too outspoken personality to get on the Once-ler's nerves XD That and I don't imagine Merida getting along with someone passive-aggressive like the Once-ler. Yet I consider he would admire her for not letting anyone push her around and her determination to change her fate, as well as they could both relate to having interests that got against the status quo. They have a perfect mix of differences and similarities that I just love, and I always love seeing more of them. Honestly? If I had to pair up everyone from the Big Four, and could be allowed to pair them up with someone outside of the group, I'd pair Hiccup with Astrid, Rapunzel with either Audrey or Mavis, Jack with....someone who I will not mention here, and Once-ler with Merida.
So yeah, I do like this one XD It's not a fave or anything, but it always manages to warm me up inside <3 The more I can get of these two, the better.
