Matheus
At his estate in Santa Catarina, the atmosphere had become unexpectedly busy over the past few days.
His three closest friends were fully occupied planning what additional facilities they could build around the property after Matheus finally decided to open his golf course to the public.
And honestly?
The more they discussed the idea, the more excited all of them became.
Originally, the estate had only been his private escape from the chaos of business life.
A peaceful retreat.
Somewhere far away from noisy cities, endless meetings, and demanding investors.
But now...
the place had potential for something much bigger.
Matheus stood quietly beside the large table inside his office while looking over the rough drafts and layout sketches spread across the surface.
The property itself was enormous.
More than two hectares.
And the eighteen-hole golf course only occupied a portion of the land.
The remaining areas were mostly untouched natural scenery.
A flowing stream.
A small lake connected to the ocean.
Wide open spaces perfect for outdoor activities.
The possibilities were endless.
"We should definitely add cottages," Lucas suggested while studying one of the layouts carefully.
"Luxury cottages," Rafael corrected immediately. "Rich people don't camp without expensive pillows."
Flavio laughed.
"He's not wrong."
Matheus smirked slightly while continuing to study the drafts.
"A retreat area would work well here."
Lucas nodded enthusiastically.
"Especially for corporate events."
"And golf tournaments," Flavio added.
Rafael pointed toward another area of the map.
"This side would be perfect for camping grounds too."
"Maybe spa facilities near the lake," Lucas suggested thoughtfully.
"And an outdoor café overlooking the ocean," Rafael continued.
The ideas kept flowing naturally.
Honestly—
this was one of the reasons Matheus loved working with his friends.
All four of them shared the same drive.
The same ambition.
The same hunger to build something meaningful.
And somehow, despite years passing since high school, their teamwork still remained effortless.
"This place could become one of the most well-known golf destinations in the country," Lucas said while looking around the estate through the office windows.
"And the best part," Flavio added, "your house will still remain peaceful up here on the hill."
That part mattered most to Matheus.
