Matheus

Because of their little "celebration" the previous night, the four bachelors were completely worn out.

None of them even managed to reach their bedrooms.

They were all sprawled across the living room carpet like casualties after a battlefield.

Empty beer cans littered the floor.

Chip wrappers were scattered everywhere.

Pistachio shells covered the coffee table and somehow even ended up inside Lucas's shoe.

The entire living room smelled like alcohol, junk food, and poor life decisions.

Meanwhile, Matheus was deep asleep.

And dreaming.

In his dream, he was back inside the living room of his vacation house.

Aurora stood in front of him again.

Beautiful.

Flustered.

Those pale blue eyes with violet rims staring directly into his.

"I guess you had a bad fall, sweetheart," he murmured softly while carrying her toward the couch.

Aurora pouted slightly.

"Yes... it hurts."

Matheus smiled slowly.

"Hmmm," he whispered closer to her ear. "I think I know the perfect medicine for that."

Aurora looked up at him.

Then he lowered his head and kissed her.

Softly at first.

But the moment she kissed him back—

everything intensified.

"Mmmm... Aurora..."

Suddenly—

"Yes, baby," a deep masculine voice moaned dramatically beside him.

Matheus's eyes flew open instantly.

And nearly stopped functioning.

Rafael was hovering ridiculously close to his face while puckering his lips in fake seduction.

Matheus jerked backward immediately.

"What the hell?!"

Rafael burst into laughter.

"Who's Aurora?" he asked with the biggest grin imaginable.

Matheus glared murderously at him while trying to recover from the horrifying wake-up experience.

"What are you talking about?"

Rafael sat upright casually.

"You were dreaming," he explained proudly. "And you literally said her name in your sleep."

Matheus froze briefly.

Damn.

Rafael smirked wider.

"Ohhh, so there IS an Aurora."

"It was just a dream," Matheus muttered defensively while rubbing his face. "People talk in their sleep sometimes."

Rafael crossed his arms dramatically.

"Interesting."

"There's nothing interesting about it."
