Briar

It was Sunday afternoon after the three women returned from attending an afternoon church service nearby.

Instead of heading home immediately, they decided to stop by their favorite convenience store first and buy a few bottles of sweet wine.

Nothing strong.

None of them liked hard liquor anyway.

Wine was enough.

Simple.

Relaxing.

And honestly—

well deserved.

The three women agreed they deserved a small celebration after surviving two nonstop weddings within a single month.

Two exhausting weddings.

Two demanding clients.

Two months filled with stress, sleepless nights, endless schedules, and emotional breakdowns from brides.

And yet—

both weddings turned out beautifully successful.

Actually, more than successful.

The number of inquiries and recommendations they had received afterward increased tremendously.

Word about Briar and her team was spreading quickly again across Switzerland.

By the time they arrived at Briar's studio, all three women already looked visibly more relaxed.

Jenny immediately removed her heels dramatically upon entering.

"Oh thank God."

She groaned loudly while rubbing her feet.

"I think my toes are filing complaints against me."

Laly burst into laughter while placing the wine bottles on the table.

"That's because you insist on wearing heels even when nobody forces you."

"Beauty requires sacrifice," Jenny replied proudly.

Briar shook her head smiling while grabbing wine glasses from the mini pantry nearby.

"You two sound like an old married couple."

"That's because we spend more time together than actual married couples," Laly answered casually.

Honestly—

that was true.

The three women practically lived inside wedding venues lately.

Soon afterward, they settled comfortably around the large studio table with glasses of sweet wine in their hands.

The soft warm lighting inside the studio created a cozy atmosphere around them.

Finally—

peace.

"No clients."

"No screaming brides."

"No flowers arriving late."

"No missing cakes."

Jenny lifted her glass dramatically.

"To silence."

Everyone burst into laughter before clinking glasses together.

"Congratulations, Briar," Laly said warmly afterward. "Two successful weddings in one month."
