Hitomi means pupil, as in the pupil of the eye. Hitomi Hatake, daughter of Kakashi Hatake, is in Naruto's class at the ninja academy. She is strong and smart and when she becomes a ninja in squad 7 along with Naruto and Sasuke things get interesti...
The scary sound guy vs. Choji. That match was done in a matter of minutes leading to the end of the preliminary rounds.
"Alright. That concludes the preliminary rounds may the winners step forward please" The proctor said as the 10 winners jumped down from the rafters and walked up to him.
I stood between Neji and Naruto looking at the proctor.
"In this box are slips of paper numbered 1 to 10, Each one of you will draw a number from the box to determine the match set up for the third exam." The proctor explained holding out a box allowing each one of us to pick a number out.
I drew a small slip of paper with the number 1 on it. To my left Naruto held a slip with the number 3 on it. On my right Neji held his slip crumpled in his hand.
"This number will be Sasuke Uchiha's" The proctor said pulling out a the last slip of paper which had a 5 written on it.
The Hokage was writing stuff down on a scroll which he gave to the proctor when he finished. The scroll had a bracket on it which contained our order of matches.
"These will be the order of fights for the final rounds of the third exam" He said confirming my assumptions of the scroll. (Picture is the brackets)

Looks like I'll be fighting Neji first and Naruto will fight the winner of us.
Same for Shikamaru, he has two fights in just the first round. That is if he wins the first one. Then there is Sasuke who has to fight that Gaara kid. I hope he'll be okay...
"The tournament will take place in one month. You will be given this time to train and learn new jutsus. Your time will start now." The proctor said dismissing us.
I started to walk over to my dad who just waved me off.
"We'll talk tomorrow in Sasuke's room" He said before walking off.
Well then. I decided to walk off after Neji. Just to talk to him.
"Neji wait up." I said following him out of the building.
He turned to look at me.
"You know we can't train together Hitomi. We face each other in the first round so I can't mentor you." He said as we continued to walk.
"I know. I just wanted to walk with you. Maybe study up on you." I said sneaking a glance up at him and I saw a hint of a smile on his face while he shook his head lightly. "Honestly Neji, this is how you should act, the way you act around me. It is far more appealing then the way you act around everyone else."
"I only act this way because I see you as my little sister Hitomi. I wanna be the one to help you grow strong because you managed to escape the faith of the Hyuga clan." He smiles at me ruffling my hair. "Maybe I should loosen up. Although I haven't forgiven Hinata's father for what happened."
"Neji... That isn't Hinata's fault. She was young, she had no control over it Neji. If you have a issue confront her father not her." I said smiling sadly at him as we reached the cross in the road where we sill separate.
He turned to look at me and I saw a hint of a smile on his face.
"I suppose you're right as always Hitomi. I look forward to facing you. Till then I guess." Neji said holding out his hand.
I hugged him instead. He has gotten use to me just hugging him so he hugged me back.
"Thank you for everything Neji." I said before letting go.
"No problem Hitomi." He said smiling as we waved goodbye and went our separate ways.
As I walked away I could still feel eyes on me. The whole time in the Chunin Exams I have felt like I've been being watched but by who and what is going on?
