Josh POV
I am walking down the hall and hear crying coming from the living room."Erin why are you crying are you OK?" I say as I see her sitting on the coach stopping. "Joshua how can he say these things to me?" She asks holding up her phone to me. I grab it and read the text.
ERIN YOU CAN'T EVEN SUCCEED AT ENDING IT. I AM GLAD WE ARE OVER. NO LOSS HERE.
"Erin, listen to me. He is an asshole. Not worth anything. Do you understand?" I ask crying seeing her so upset. She nods and hugs me.I am breaking inside again as I hold her. I break the hold on her when I hear our front door with someone trying to open it. Erin sits up straight as I race over to see who it is until the door opens and I see Colleen. "Baby? Oh my god" I say picking her up hugging her kissing her neck as I spin her. She is hugging me tight giggling until she finally tells me to lower her. I lean in and kiss her while holding her face. "Why are you home? Are you ok?"I ask holding her. "Yes just needed a weekend at home with you. I leave tomorrow night again so just a quick stay" she says laughing. "I missed you" I say seductively holding her. She leans in and kisses me and then notices Erin. "Later baby. Let me talk to Erin" she whispers as she scans her face. "Erin, how are you?" Colleen asks walking towards her. Erin stands up and hugs her tight. Erin breaks down in her arms, maybe she needed a girl to talk to. "Oh Erin, things will be ok. Lets talk" Colleen says sitting her down. I then hear commotion behind me and I turn to see Adam, Colleens cousin standing behind me. "Did we surprise him?" Adam asks Colleen. "yes!" Colleen says laughing. "I drove her from the airport" Adam says. I hug Adam. "Thanks Man" I say wiping tears off my face once again. "Adam stay for lunch ok? We can bbq and swim and relax" I suggest looking around the room. "Sounds amazing" Adam says. I look at Colleen and Erin sitting holding hands but both smiling. I feel complete at this moment.
I am floating around our pool with Colleen in my arms. "I am so happy" I say nuzzling into her as she has her legs wrapped around me. "mmmm" she says into my neck. "Babe I will take you right here. Slow down" she says laughing. I nod smiling at her as we both look over at Adam and Erin laughing together while lounging on the chairs. Colleen smiles at me. "Maybe she needed a break from seeing you" Colleen says laughing. "Hey!" I say acting offended. "Just joking baby" she says stroking the back of my neck lightly. "Josh I have a video to show you later ok?" she says. "Ok sweetheart. I can't wait" I reply.
